| Dairy cow ketosis is a common metabolic disease in dairy cows, which seriously affects the production of dairy cows, especially high-yield dairy cows with milk production of more than 8000 kg,and brings great economic losses to dairy farming. To find out the main factors of ketosis and the relationship between ketosis and other diseases. This study relies on a company in Inner Mongolia in the eastern, central and western regions randomly selected 15 million large ranch, through the new cow ranch management software to investigate the epidemiology of cow ketosis, analysis of the incidence of cow ketosis and season, different parity, lactation and body condition has a close relationship. The contents of IL-8,TNF-αand Ca2+in blood of dairy cows with ketosis and postpartum diseases were determined by ELISA and microplate method. The experimental results show that:1.The incidence of ketosis in dairy cows is closely related to season, parity, lactation and body condition score, and the incidence of ketosis is relatively high in summer(15.72%).The incidence of ketosis increased with the increase of parity. The average incidence of ketosis was 18.8%in cows with 3 fetuses and above, and the incidence of ketosis in cows with 5 fetuses was the highest(20.3%).2.The incidence of ketosis in dairy cows with annual output below 7000kg is relatively low, with an average incidence of 2.85%.In particular, the incidence of ketosis in dairy cows with annual output below 6000 kg is only 2.0%,while the incidence of ketosis in dairy cows with milk production above 8000 kg is about 20%,especially the incidence of ketosis in dairy cows with annual output above 10,000 kg is as high as23.3%.3.The body condition score was directly related to the incidence of ketosis in dairy cows. The higher the score was,the higher the incidence of ketosis was.Among them, the incidence of ketosis in dairy cows with the score of 2.75 was the lowest(6.9%),and the highest was dairy cows(45.2%).The incidence of ketosis in dairy cows with the body condition score above 3.5 was relatively high.4.Through investigation and statistics, the incidence of postpartum diseases in cows with ketosis was increased, and IL-8,TNF-αand Ca2+were measured in cows with postpartum diseases and ketosis.Among them, there was a very significant difference between healthy cows and sick cows(P<0.01).There was a very significant difference between ketosis cows and cows with retained fetal coat and mastitis(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between ketosis cows and cows with true stomach displacement and endometritis(P>0.01).Conclusion:Dairy cow ketosis occurs frequently in summer, and the incidence of postpartum disease increases after ketosis. The concentration of Ca2+in the blood of diseased cows is lower than that of healthy cows. There are significant differences in IL-8 and TNF-αbetween diseased cows and healthy cows. |
