Analysis Of The Diagnosis And Treatment Of 32 Cases Of Canine Diabetes

Along with our country the improvement of people's living standards,more and more pet breeding,accompanied by a burst of pet diseases are more and more,especially in recent years the canine diabetes as a chronic disease invasion of people's life is slowly,its incidence is also on the rise year by year,the serious influence the quality of life of the dog,but also mental status and harm to human beings,so the canine diabetes more and more get the attention of clinical veterinary and dog owners.This paper based on 32 cases of canine diabetes prevalence and related influence factors were analyzed,and the concrete from the dog breed,age,gender,exercise time,discusses the factors such as dietary nutrition;Meanwhile,the symptoms and complications of canine diabetes were compared.On the corresponding treatment method to evaluate the therapeutic effect and prognosis of level analysis,reveals the risk factor of canine diabetes and reasonable effective treatment and prevention of the direction,in canine diabetes prevention and control work to provide for the future reference.The 32 cases of canine diabetes were collected from June2014 to December 2016 at jilin university affiliated teaching animal hospital.The contents of the cases include: basic information(variety,sex,age,weight,life history,dietary nutrition,etc.);Laboratory examination(creatinine,urea nitrogen,glutamate transaminase ALT,glutamyltransferase GGT,glucose and ketone body in urine,fasting blood glucose,etc.);Symptoms of clinical manifestations and complications of dogs;Treatment,prognosis effect,etc.The data collected is analyzed using excel software.The analysis found that among the 32 diabetic dogs collected,the incidence rate was related to the age,sex,exercise and dietary nutrition of the dogs,and there were differences among varieties.2.The blood glucose of diabetic dogs was two tothree times higher than normal,and most of the ketones were positive.The complication rate of cataract was the highest,followed by ketoacidosis,motion disorder,and uterus.3.Laboratory tests showed that there were various degrees of anemia,acid and alkali balance disorder,and the proportion of urine increased.
