Abstract:By sparying different concentration of salicylic acid(SA)on Rosa rugosa'Plena',their influence to the changes of several defense enzymes activity as well as secondary metabolite in leaves of R.rugosa 'Plena' were researched.The results showed that the effectiveness of different concentration SA on the resistance of Sphaerotheca pannosa(Wallr.)were obvious.SA spraying significantly decreased disease indexes of S.pannosa(Wallr.)in R.rugosa 'Plena' leaves especially by spraying 0.5mmol/L SA.The activities of 4 kinds of protective enzymes such as PAL,PPO,POD,SOD and the contents of 3 kinds of secondary metabolic substances such as total phenols,flavonoid or lignin were obviously induced by SA.Induced with 0.5mmol/L SA,the PPO,SOD activities,the content of total phenols reached their maximum value on the seventh(fifth)day after inducing(inoculating of S.pannosa(Wallr.)),and their activities were 1.22times(P<0.01),2.45 times(P<0.01),1.71 times(P<0.01)higher than that in control No.1 which sparyed pure water only(CK1),and were 1.33 times(P<0.01),1.55 times(P<0.01),1.50 times(P<0.01)higher than that in the control No.2(CK2)which is sprayed pure water then inoculated,and those differences were obvious very significant.Induced with 1.0mmol/L SA respectively,the PAL,POD activities reached their maximum on the seventh(fifth)day after inducing(inoculating of S.pannosa(Wallr.)),and their activities were 1.68 times(P<0.01),2.06 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK1,and were 1.35times(P<0.01),1.56 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK2,and those differences were obvious reached very significant level.Induced with 0.5mmol/L SA,the content of lignin were significantly higher than CK1 and CK2 during the whole test.The activities of 4 kinds of protective enzymes and the contents of 3 kinds of secondary metabolic substances were obviously induced by JA.Induced with 0.5mmol/L JA,the PAL,PPO,POD activities,the content of total phenols or flavonoid concent reached their maximum value on the seventh(fifth)day after inducing(inoculating of S.pannosa(Wallr.)),and their activities were 1.49 times(P<0.01),1.51 times(P<0.01,1.29 times(P<0.01),1.64 times(P<0.01),2.51 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK1,and were 1.20 times(P<0.01),1.29 times(P<0.01),1.09 times(P<0.01),1.43 times(P<0.0]),1.42 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK2,and those differences were obvious very significant.Induced with 1.0mmol/L SA respectively,the SOD activities reached their maximum on the seventh(fifth)day after inducing(inoculating of S.pannosa(Wallr.)),and their activities were 1.89 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK1,and were 1.43times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK2,and those differences were obviously reached very significant level.Induced with 0.5mmol/L SA,the content of lignin were significantly higher than CK1 and CK2 during the whole test.The activities of 4 kinds of protective enzymes(PAL,PPO,POD,SOD)and the contents of 3 kinds of secondary metabolic substances(total phenols,flavonoid or lignin)were obviously induced by BTH.Induced with 0.5mmol/L BTH,the PPO,PPO,POD activities reached their maximum value on the seventh(fifth)day after inducing(inoculating of S.pannosa(Wallr.)),and their activities were 1.73 times(P<0.01),1.58 times(P<0.01),2.18times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK1,and were 1.39 times(P<0.01),1.35 times(P<0.01),1.48 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK2,and their those differences were obvious very significant.And the SOD activities reached their maximum value on the fifth(third)day after inducing(inoculating of S.pannosa(Wallr.)),and their activities were 1.47 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK1,and were 1.31 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK2,and their those differences were obvious very significant.Induced with 1.0mmol/L BTH respectively,the PAL,POD activities reached their maximum on the seventh(fifth)day after inducing(inoculating of Sphaerotheca S.pannosa(Wallr.)),and their activities were 1.68 times(P<0.01),2.06 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK1,and were 1.35 times(P<0.01),1.56 times(P<0.01)higher than that of CK2,and those differences were obvious reached very significant level.Induced with 0.5mmol/L SA,the content of lignin were significantly higher than CK1 and CK2 during the whole test.
