In the life cycle of plant,a lot of mineral nitrogen are needed.Nitrogen nutrition plays a very important role in the development and growth stage. For forest plant,N fertilizer application not only increases the whole biological mass, but impacts the quality of timber. Now there is less reports about how different non-organic N produces effect on forest plant lumber. In order to select the candidate gene to increase the ability to absorb non-organic N of forest plant,on the base of results obtained in lab before, this study focus on analysis evolution, expression pattern,as well as interaction style between thePtrAMT gene and PtrNLP gene,to filter out candidate genes who can increase the capacity of absorb nitrogen. The results are as follows:(1)In this study,a comprehensive analysis of AJMT gene family was performed based on genome-wide analysis. We identified and classified 8 AMT1 clusters,2 AMT2 clusters,4 AMT3 clusters and 7 AMT4 clusters AMT genes in Populus.Evolutionary analysis suggests that the numbers of Populus AMT gene family expansion caused by whole-genome duplication event.(2)In order to understand the expression patterns in the whole tissue and response to environmental changes of ammonium concentration of PtrAMT gene family members,we detection the soil culture and hydroponics poplar for analysis.20 genes were detected in the whole tissue, which AMT1;2 root-specific expression of the gene,AMT4;7 for the specific expression of senescent leaves,AMT4;2 only in the reproductive organs expression.(3)Genome-wide analysis identified 14 PtrNLP genes in poplar.Ortholog analysis found that 14 genes were divided into three cluster,cluster3 has the largest number of members who including nine members, cluster 1/2 respectively contain 2 and 3 members.Microarray expression analysis revealed that PtrNLP gene family members reflect the trend of root and leaf preferentially express pattern.
