Avian Influenza(AI)is one of fatal infectious disease caused by influenza A virus in avian.H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus infected chickens,causing decreased immune function,even widespread death,and bring huge economic losses to the development of animal husbandry.San Ping area of Xinjiang was the main base of laying hens,white meat chicken,yellow feather chicken and chicken industry,but,the systematic investigation of four kinds of chickens about the H5N1 subtype of avian influenza inactivated vaccine immune antibody titer has not been reported.Between January 2010 and December 2013,We selected four farms(households)as monitoring point in San Ping area,used,the different day-old experimental chickens were injected recombinant H5N1 subtype of avian influenza inactivated vaccine respectively,and compared maternal antibody: 200 laying hens,white meat chicken,yellow feather chicken and chicken respectively,marked A,B,C,D four groups of immune experiment,and the effect of blood on a regular basis to monitor the immune antibody.The second immunity was performed when the first antibody drop below 4log2,intramuscular injection of 0.6 m L/feather and regularly test the immune antibody titer.Blood samples of 200 at one time,test monitoring data obtained were analyzed.To find out the changes of H5N1 subtype of avian influenza inactivated vaccine immune antibody titer change rule in the region scale poultry farm,for the effective prevention and control of avian influenza in this region and the technology base to provide certain theoretical basis,the results are as follows:1.The experimental study of four different varieties of chickens immune antibody monitoring results of the comparison and analysis after immunization programs.H5N1 subtype of avian influenza inactivated vaccine immune antibody level of chickens steady is normal,the best effect of immune dose of 0.6 m L.2.Immunization days of age for the first immunity of H5N1 subtype of avian influenza inactivated vaccine should be in 7 to 10 days in San Ping and the surrounding area.The second and third vaccination dose should be strict accordance with the prescribed doses of vaccine,monitoring the immune antibody vaccine antibody recession should be paid attention to when recharge in time.The second vaccination was performed within 2 weeks after the first vaccination according to the experimental results show that the immunization programs 7-10 days of age,for more than eight weeks of poultry breeding time,according to the growth rate and date of slaughter.3.The effect and protection rate reached the national regulated standard of the H5N1 subtype of avian influenza inactivated vaccine immune antibodies in different crowd in San Ping areas.The immunization program and prevention and control measures of AIV were formulate according to the results of the test data analysis of laying hens,white meat chicken,yellow feather chicken and chicken.The effect of applications and popularize of immunization program and prevention and control measures,So far not been found in the region of AIV.
