The infected sheep round nematodes(Trichostrongylidae)of epidemiology was investigated in Heilongjiang province.The resuLts found that the field wool round section nematodes infection of styrene acrylic imidazoles(Benzimidazoles,BZs)anthelmintic resistance mechanism and molecuLar genetics research had less detection in recent 10 years.At present,there has been clear styrene acrylic imidazole resistance mechanism is beta tubulin isoform ? gene codon mutations on the 200th both at home and abroad,the mutations have been identified by TTC into TAC,caused by the phenylalanine(phenylalanine,Phe)variation of tyrosine(Tyr)tyrosine[1,2]We carried out the natural infection of twisting blood spear nematodes(Haemonchus contortus,H.contortus)and serpentine hair round worms(Trichostrongylus colubriformis,T.colubriformis)of styrene acrylic imidazoles(Benzimidazole,BZs)anthelmintic beta tubulin first ? isoform 200th amino acid mutation point of the survey by the method of PCR-RFLP detection in parts of Heilongjiang province in this pape.The resuLts are as follows:2003-2016 twisting blood spear nematode resistance:before 2003 Qiqihaer city yian detection of sheep field to BZs drugs did not find the 200th point mutation.The taiping district had not yet found resistant mutation point in Harbin in 2004.The selectiving examination of Daqing city sheep field also did not find the mutation point in 2016.We found the first ? beta tubulin isoform gene codon mutation on 200 loci in Acheng Xinhua town in Harbin in 2013 and 2015.There had not been found resistant homozygous rr of 131 males of three cities.The heterozygote rS were 3%(1/30)and 16%(2/12)in drug resistance in Xinhua town in 2013 and 2015.The rest were homozygous sensitivity.The corresponding resistance allele frequency r was 2%and 9%respectively.Susceptibility alleles accounted for the vast majority.We detected 67 of the serpentine hair round worms 200 locus mutation of beta-tubulin in Acheng and Daqing city of xinhua town from 2012 to 2016.Daqing sampling survey in 2016 found no.Drug resistance loci existed in Acheng Xinhua town in 2013.rr was 0%(0/23)and 7%(1/14).RS was 9%(2/23)and 7%(1/14).The rest of the homozygous was sensitivity in 2013 and 2015.Resistance allele frequency r was in 4%and 11%.Sensitivity of the allele frequency was in the majority.Results showed that the gene frequency and genotype frequencies were in consistent.Serpentine hair round worms in Acheng Xinhua town beta microtubuLe protein amino acid frequency was higher than 200 nematodes twisting blood spear.Resistance gene frequency was higher than in 2013 and 2015.In nature may be homozygous resistant rr,proved that the outburst resistance loci in heilongjiang province twisting blood spear nematodes and serpentine hair round worms exist in these two insect strains.Now,it is very important and urgent to develop our country animal parasites of styrene acrylic imidazoles drug resistance loci of the research and rational utilization of styrene acrylic imidazoles resistance mechanism,establish effective insect repellent to guide planning,promote animal husbandry development in our country.
