In the present study,an iTRAQ-based quantitative proteomics approach was used for comparative analysis of the expression profiles of proteins in the five period strawberry fruit.Totally 3385 proteins were identified.The expression changes of the proteins in the strawberry fruit during the five growth stages were analyzed.These findings provided valuable information for understanding the mechanism of growth,development and senescence of strawberry fruit.The following are the main results of the experiment:1)Total proteins in the green ripening,white ripening,semi-red,full red and the purple red period of strawberry fruit were extracted and the protein profiles were explored using the iTRAQ technology.A total of 3385 proteins were identified.among which,2472 proteins were quantitative.2)The proteins were subjected to Gene Ontology(GO)analysis.Results showed that they were involved in 4 kinds of cellular component,7 kinds of biological processes,8 kinds of molecular function,and involved in 22 metabolic pathways;3)GO/Domain/KEGG Pathway enrichment analysis,In the GO enrichment analysis the protein were mainly significantly enriched in the tems of "ribosome","thylako id","Photosynthesis "and "photosystem";In the Domain enrichment analysis the protein were mainly enriched in the terms of "Alpha crystallin/Hsp20"and "HSP20-like chaperone";In the KEGG Pathway enrichment analysis,there were few proteins.
