Large-flowered Tree Roses,wood grafted seedlings,which belongs to the Rosaceae rose genera(Rosa)perennial flowering Joe,is a kind of ornamental value,ecological value,economic value and many other kinds of value plant.Now,the domestic and abroad on the winter cold technology of Large-flowered Tree Roses summarizing research,leading to the winter cold has no reasonable,and scientific phenomena that cause poor plant growth the following year.Resources in this paper,the advantages of varieties of Nan Yang area of Large-flowered Tree Roses study class of the tree,understand the Large-flowered Tree Roses morphological characteristics,ecological adaptability and the domestic and foreign research present situation.Through phenology observations of Large-flowered Tree Roses,analysis of winter cold technical treatment on the growth of different morphological characteristics,effects of free PROLINE content in plants,and which of these the winter cold treatment measures for the scientific evaluation.The main conclusions are as follows:The Large-flowered Tree Roses in Nanyang phenological variation:budding earlier in the spring,after the end of the dormant period soil thawing and spring back to the temperature quickly sprout buds began to separate in late February about inflated,take leaves that have not started in mid-March,late into the leaves,flower buds began to differentiate in mid-April,late into the exposed red period.Long flowering period,from early May to mid-October for the flowering season,which enter the second flowering in early August.Tree rose in Guangdong ShenZhen is evergreen plant.Howere,other places enter to the dead leaves period in November and the leaves gradually fall off.When the temperature is less than 5 in a row,it enters a period of forced dormancy the plant.Using the method of field experiment of agricultural practices,using trees,soils,nutritional treatment,three ways to handle and whitespace handling methods to the same species tree roses for winter cold prevention technology of controlled trials.(1)By observing the winter cold prevention technology of different treatments on the changes in the morphology of the plant,after germination in the next year,observe and record the plant height,main branch,Crown width,number of leaf buds,the number offlowering bud,quality of analysis of plant flowering and growth potential in order to test different processing techniques of cold effect.Results show that three ways at the same time cold prevention technology of cold effect is more obvious,for nutritional treatment of cold effect more stable,only tree cold effect is obvious,these three treatments are suitable as agricultural technology promotion measures.(2)Through the dead leaves period before and after germination test plant PROLINE(Pro)content measurement and comparison of cold resistance of the control group,to evaluate the effect of different treatment of cold.The results show that the 5 tests after low temperature during the winter months,in the control group.On the effects of osmotic adjustment substances in plant cells,the accumulation of free PROLINE content in the body increases,and there are significant differences between the groups.According to the content of free PROLINE,5 groups of winter cold hardiness than technology results sorted by:three simultaneous>nutrition>tree>soil>whitespace handling group.Among them,three simultaneous thermal treatment effect and nutritional treatment of winter cold treatment effect difference is not significant,and the other 3 groups' differences are significant.Therefore,these two approaches can be effective to ensure greater quality and quantity of Large-flowered Tree Roses in winter,suitable for agro-technical popularization.
