Research On The Main Quantitative Indexes Of Maturity Of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

It is a key factor to harvest fresh tobacco leaves in suitable maturity period,which can improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco.So,it is a crucial link in the tobacco production process to judge the maturity of fresh tobacco leaves accurately.In this paper,in order to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for judging the maturity of fresh tobacco leaves and improving the quality of fluecured tobacco,the law of change of spectral characteristics,color characteristics,SPAD value and the content of main chemical components in the leaves of different maturity tobacco leaves were studied,and the correlation between them and maturity was studied,as well as the quality of flue-cured tobacco of fresh tobacco leaves with different maturity was comprehensive evaluation,quantitative indicators to determine the maturity of tobacco leaves was raised and through the quality of flue-cured tobacco to determine the scope of the quantitative indicators.The main results are as follows:(1)The range of color parameters of mature tobacco leaves was determined,the verification results show that the scope of this quantitative index is appropriate.(2)The range of SPAD value of mature tobacco leaves was determined,the verification results show that the scope of this quantitative index is appropriate.(3)The green peak reflectance and red edge position can be used as a quantitative index to determine the maturity of tobacco leaves and the range of green peak reflectance and red edge position in mature leaves of different parts of tobacco.(4)Chlorophyll content and MDA content can be used as a quantitative index to determine the maturity of tobacco leaves and the range of chlorophyll content and MDA content in mature leaves of different parts of tobacco.
