This essay has a research on the dynamic changes of contents of carbohydrate and hormones in Cymbidium Kanran and Cymbidium faberi.Put Cymbidium Kanran under different degrees of temperature treatments(20/15??25/20??30/25?)and different kinds of shading treatments(45%?60%?75%).And it uses different exogenous hormones(Gibberellin A3 and 6-Benzylaminopurine)on Cymbidium faberi.With these treatments,this eassy tries to find out the flower mechanism of the two kinds of orchids.And the conclusions follow:1.A high temperature situation that 30/25 ?,contributes better to the development and blossom of Cymbidium Kanran between 20 to 30? in day.And it also advances flowering while the number of malformation increased.2.45%degree of shading is beneficial for Cymbidium Kanran.It increases the rate and quality of flowering.3.At the flower bud differentiation stage of the Cymbidium Kanran,the physiological and biochemical indexes as carbohydrate and hormones have changed a lot.Content of starch in bulbs has been decreased during the development of flower buds.There is much soluble sugar in mature leaves and flower buds,which is effective for the flower bud development.Before turning into the reproductive growth,the total content of sucrose and fructose has mostly the same variety.It falls after rise first.In the process of differentiation,the content of indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)rises all the way in mature leaves.Late in the flower bud development period the content of abscisic acid(ABA)in flower buds decreases significantly while the content of trans-zeatin-riboside(ZR)and IAA slightly declines.On the opposite,the content of gibberellin(GA)increases.4.When use combined application of 6-Benzylaminopurine(6-BA)and Gibberellin A3(GA3)on Cymbidium faberi,there is more accumulation of starch in the leaves.The accumulation of starch in bulbs has a high level in the GA3 200+6-BA200 treatment which promotes flower bud formation.Although the content of soluble sugar increase in leaves with the GA3 200 treatment.The GA3 200 treatment inhibits the blossom.5.With treatment of GA3 the content of IAA increases in mature leaves while the content of ABA in the new leaves decrease in Cymbidium faberi.And the content of ABA in leaves increases under the treatment of 6-BA.During the period of flower buds development,the accumulation of ZR in new leaves gets more with the treatment of GA3 mixed with 6-BA.As a result higher ZR content is beneficial to flower bud differentiation.Among the treatments,using GA3+6-BA200 and 6-BA200 can advance blossom and have more flower buds.
