Cymbidium kanran is one of the most popular fine flowers in the Asian flower market. The natural florescence of C.kanran is usually the Spring Festival earlier than the best sales volume and price in the market, which makes its sales always at a low level and restricts the development of the industry.By artificially adjusting the florescence of C.kanran and supplying flowers on time, not only can the contradiction between supply and demand be alleviated, but also better market price can be obtained, with obvious economic and social benefits. In this study,C.kanran was taken as the research object, the florescence physiological response of florescence regulation technology was studied.Four groups of experiments were set up to study the effects of different cultivation temperature, photoperiod, exogenous hormones and NPK ratio on flowering phenology and flower characteristics of C.kanran.The response mechanism of nutrients and endogenous hormones to temperature, photoperiod and NPK ratio was analyzed and compared comprehensively. The main results were as follows.1.Temperature is one of the key factors affecting the florescence of C.kanran.The initial florescence was significantly advanced by the induction of28 ℃ day temperature,18 ℃ night temperature 27-81 days, the peak florescence was 24-66 days earlier, but the flowering synchronism was low(0.43),resulted in the flowering sparse.Compared with the control, the initial florescence was delayed by high temperature treatment for 10 days, the scape length was significantly shortened, and the flower diameter became smaller, which affected the flowering quality of C.kanran.The initial florescence of Cymbidium kanran was delayed by 25℃ day temperature and 15 ℃ night temperature. The initial florescence and the peak florescence of C.kanran were significantly advanced by all different photoperiod treatments. The initial florescence in 8 h photoperiod treatment group was46-111 days earlier than that in CK,and there was no significant difference between different photoperiod treatment groups. The initial florescence and floral characteristics indexes of C.kanran wasn`t significantly affected by different photoperiods, the flowering synchronization index was not high. The initial florescence was advanced by the application of high P ratio fertilizer(N:P:K=9:45:15)without affecting the synchronization of flowering, which had little effect on flower characteristics. The initial florescence of C.kanran was delayed by the application and injection of exogenous hormones for 6-17 days, which had no significant effect on the initial florescence and flowering characteristics indexes of C.kanran.2.During the development of C.kanran, the nutrients content in leaves and pseudobulbs was significantly affected by temperature. The nutrients content during flowering development was significant effected by different photoperiod treatments; The nutrients in leaves and pseudobulbs of C.kanranwas significantly increased by NPK proportion fertilizer application treatments, there was no significantly difference among different NPK proportion treatments.Endogenous hormones of C.kanran were sensitive to temperature treatments, photoperiod treatments and different NPK proportion treatments, which resulted in the difference of the content of endogenous hormones during flowering development. From vegetative growth to reproductive growth, the variation trend of ABA,IAA,ZR and GA3 in pseudobulbs and leaves were different among different treatment groups.3.Temperature is one of the key factor affecting the florescence physiology of C.kanran.The content of soluble sugar, starch and sucrose in leaves and pseudobulbs were significantly affected by temperature. The contents of nutrients in daytime temperature 28℃,night temperature 18 ℃treatment groups were higher than those in CK,and the difference was significant. The content of sucrose in leaves were significantly increased by daytime temperature 25 ℃ and night temperature 15 ℃.The content of the endogenous hormones in leaves and pseudobulbs during flowering period was significantly affected by temperature. The ABA content in leaves and pseudobulbs of C.kanran flowering period was increased at 25 ℃ in the day and 15 ℃ at the night, and the accumulation of GA3 content in leaves and pseudobulbs was promoted during vegetative growth. The increase of IAA content in leaves of C.kanran was promoted by day temperature 28℃and night temperature 18 ℃,the ZR content in pseudobulbs of C.kanran wassignificantly reduced by it as well.
