Aluminum toxicity is an important factor which inhibits plants growth in acid soil,it decreases roots'elongation,competes with calcium binding site,affects growth and physiology of plants.Tea plants?Camellia sinensis?L.?Kuntze?likes aluminum in acid soil,aluminum is an essential element to increase tea plant growth,but the range of tolerance is not clear now.This study was to investigate the physiological response of one of main varieties named Longjing43 to different aluminum ion concentration under solution culture,exploring physiological changes?subcellular distribution and secondary metabolism substance of the tea plant with 8 aluminum solutions,determining the electron transfer efficiency?ETR?,Photosystem II?PSII?,efficiency of light energy?Fv/Fm?in leaves,superoxide dismutase activity?SOD?and malonaldehyde?MDA?content in tea root illuminate the physiological response to different aluminum.Determine aluminum content in different organs of tea plant to illustrate aluminum accumulating in tea plant.Respectively,determine aluminum content in cell wall and different parts in it.On the secondary metabolites of tea tree root analysis,to determine the influence of aluminum metabolic pathways,the results are as follows;1,The result shows that low concentration aluminium promoted tea growth,with the concentration were higher,it promoted the effect more obvious.When the concentration of aluminum is 0.4mmol/,It is the most favorable for tea plant,It is in favour of photosynthesis and growth of tea.When the concentration of aluminum was in the 0.4-1mmol?L-1,its promoting effect began to reduce.When aluminum concentration was higher than 2mmol?L-1.It decreased the growth of tea plant,made membrane permeability,photosynthesis rate lower than the control.When aluminum focused on root,it made root brownness and inhibited its elongation.2,.With aluminum concentration increased,aluminum content in different organs also increased,when it was higher than 1.0mmol?L-1,the fixed amount was increased slowly.Aluminum content in tea plants was different with the organs,such as the aluminum content in lateral roots was higher than other organs.3,In order to analysis in tea plant root cell wall,it was found that the aluminum account in cell walls was more than half of the root total aluminum content,and because of the differences between the different concentration of aluminum processing.In cell walls,hemicellulose fixed aluminium broad was more than pectin,and there was no aluminum in cellulose.4,Basing on the metabolites of UPLC-Q-TOF MS analysis method,the original data can be found after statistical analysis,different concentrations of aluminum processed to the secondary metabolism of tea plant had obvious difference.It can be clearly distinguished which were the different treatments.There were a total of 35 species of screening material,and most of the differences in content of tendency at0.6mmo/L and 2.0mmol L,which can be speculated that the two cut-off point of aluminum concentration may be affect the growth of tea plant.
