| As a chemical preservative on fruits and vegetables have been used widely,1-MCP can react easily with the ethylene receptor protein,which led to the interruption of ethylene is related to a series of physiological and biochemical reactions,the aging and decay process of fruits and vegetables lower corresponding to preservation of fruits and vegetables can reach a higher level,become the fruits and vegetables postharvest preservation of the most widely used chemicals in vegetable cultivation area,1-MCP also played an important role,but the application is not very extensive and the corresponding mechanism remains to be further studied.In this study,cucumber ’Jinyou "as the research object,from the cucumber seedling leaf began,with different concentration of 1-MCP fumigation,there are mainly 5 different concentrations(0.5ppm,1.0ppm,1.5ppm,2.0ppm,2.5ppm)and a blank CK,each 5D fumigation time,a total of 3 times.And through the determination of cucumber seedling morphological indexes,leaf ethylene content,chlorophyll content,peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),root vigor and flowering,effects of 1-MCP on physiological and biochemical of Cucumber in seedling stage and flower bud differentiation,the results are as follows:(1): 1-MCP for morphological index of cucumber cucumber concentration,high has inhibitory effects on the cucumber seedling morphological indexes of strains had no significant effect on stem diameter,leaf area has certain stimulative effect,can achieve the effect of seedling.(2)the date of cucumber flowering: 1-MCP treatment can advance the date of flowering of Cucumber by 1 ~ 2D.(3)sex differentiation of flower in cucumber: 1-MCP application can promote the opening of male and female flowers inhibitory effect,but the androgenic effect have also been greatly affected the 1-MCP concentration,high concentration of androgenic effect is most obvious,the suitable concentration is on the contrary.(4)cucumber root vigor: 1-MCP treatment had significant effect on root activity of cucumber seedlings at the proper stage,and could significantly enhance the root activity of seedlings.The 1.5ppm concentration of 1-MCP promoted the root activity of cucumber seedlings best,and the 2.5ppm concentration of 1-MCP could inhibit the root activity of cucumber seedlings.(5): the activity of antioxidant enzymes in cucumber seedlings treated with different concentrations of 1-MCP,SOD,POD enzyme and CAT enzyme activity,1-MCP can promote the activity of antioxidant enzymes in cucumber,cucumber leaf 1-MCP,leaf seedlings were not significant on the effects of antioxidant enzyme activity in second times and three times after the treatment,has a certain promoting effect on antioxidant enzyme activity in leaves of cucumber seedlings 1-MCP. |
