Cutting Propagation Techniques Of Cinnamomum Migao H.W.Li

Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li is a unique plant used on medicinal,timbered and green in China.It is a key development drug ingredients in Guizhou province which has a great medicinal value.Due to the small population of C.migao,the experiment of cutting propagation were carried out in order to increase and develop the resources.The experiment including study of cutting technology and physiological and biochemical study on rooting process,aimed at providing certain theoretical and practical reference.The the results of the study are as follows:Cutting propagation experiment: Cuttings rooting rate was 65.56% in pearlite substrate,which is the best matrix.Types and concentration of plant growth hormones on rooting effect significantly,30 mg/L GGR-6 soaking 4 h C.migao shows the best effection,rooting rate reached 63.33%.There are differences in rooting effect in different parts of the C.migao,the rooting effect from high to low in turn for the lower,middle and upper part of branches.Choose branches about diameter 3-4 mm,length 10 cm.Different seasons test showed that the rooting effect is best in march.The physiological experiment of Cutting process: Beginning of the cutting,the soluble protein,soluble sugar and starch in the cutting consumed,slowly accumulating and recovering in adventitious root elongation phase.In the critical period of callus and adventitious root formation,PPO,POD activity is high,IAAO activity is low.After the adventitious roots out of skin,IAAO activity increases,low concentration of IAA conducive to the formation of the root.GGR-6 can be advantageous to the cutting by improving the POD and PPO activity while reducing IAAO activity.High levels of IAA promoted the formation of callus,IAA,GA,ZR joint action in the induction and forming process of primordial rooting.In theformation process of primordial rooting,the content of ABA and ZR in the processing group is larger than the content in the control group.The large amount of IAA/ABA and IAA/ZR is helpful to induce the primordial rooting.Using plant growth substance can enhance the nutrients needed in the key period,oxidase activity and the content of endogenous hormone.The dynamic coordination and balance between them control formation of the adventitious roots.After inhibition bioassay,the cutting slips of C.migao exist some inhibitors of rooting cuttings.
