For the security of blood flow dynamics of deer composite anesthetics,under the action of the deer compound anesthetic deer hemodynamic change and plasma RAAS,NO,ET,CGRP and ANP content change of correlation are discussed.Six healthy sika deers were injected with drug(0.04 mL/kg),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rhythm(HR)were monitored at 0,15,30,45,60,75,90,120 min after administration,and jugular vein blood was collected at the same time.RPA?A??ALD? NO?ET?CGRP and ANP were determined by Elisa.Results showed that Changes of PRA,A? and ALD were similar to that of SBP,DBP and MAP,and correlation among them was found;ET was changed similar to that of hemodynamics,and the correlation between them was found,and a negative correlation was observed between the CGRP and hemodynamics.;Results showed that the changes of ANP contents in plasma caused by the compound anesthetic for deer,and the blood vessels were changed,which resulted in the changes of SBP,DBP,MAP and HR during the period of the anesthesia.Results showed that the changes of RAAS ? NO ? ET ? CGRP and ANP contents in plasma caused by the compound anesthetic for deer,and the blood vessels were changed,which resulted in the changes of SBP,DBP,MAP and HR during the period of the anesthesia.After recovery,the indexes were restored.It was concluded that the drug can be used in clinical anesthesia for deer.
