Corn is important food and feed crop,among the three largest grains in the world,the total output and single output of corn are the first in the world.At present,China is the largest corn planting area in the world,from the single output,the United States is much higher than our country,ranked first in the world.It can be seen that there is still much room for improvement of single output in China,however,seeding quality is an important factor limiting corn single yield,the traditional seed metering device is driven by a chain wheel,the way to adjust the plant spacing is more complicated.Thus,with the goal of improving seeding quality and streamline drive system,research and develop an air suction type electric drive corn precision seed metering device,abolish the drive system of traditional air-suction metering devices,direct planter plate work with drive gear on direct-current deceleration motor,under the condition of high speed operation,keeping the quality and stability of seed metering device.The following studies were conducted on air suction type electric drive corn precision seed metering device:(1)The way to drive planter plate is analyzed,drive gear and drive motor were selected by single factor test.The overall scheme of the drive motor control system is designed.(2)Combined with virtual prototyping technology,use UG software to carry out three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly for various parts of Seed metering device.Interference checking and kinematics simulation analysis for virtual prototype.The displacement curves and velocity curves of drive gear and drive motor are obtained,the change is in agreement with the actual analysis.(3)Bench test for seed metering device,select the three factors of seeding speed,vacuum degree and filling mouth height,by single factor test,determines the range of each parameter.According to the results of single factor test,seeding speed,vacuum degree and filling mouth height were selected for multi factor test,according to the test method of the two orthogonal rotation combination design,establish the regression equation of various factors to performance index,analyse the influence of each factor on seeding performance index,the order of primary and secondary effects on performance index is obtained.Using Design-Expert software analysis of the test results,the best combination of parameters is determined.Field validation test the seed metering device,all the performance indexes meet the agronomic requirements for corn precision seeding.
