Corn is one of the three major cereals in the world.However,from the per unit yield point of view.Heilongjiang,as the main grain producing area in China,has been advocating no-tillage sowing technology because the black soil layer of the land has become thinner year by year due to successive years of cultivation.The 2BMG-4 No-tillage Seeder produced by Beijing Debang Dawei Technology Co,Ltd.has the characteristics of good operation effect.Seed metering device is the core component of the seeder,so the performance of the seeder determines the performance of the seeder.In this paper,the performance of QYP-1 air-suction precision metering device equipped on 2BMG-4 No-tillage Seeder is studied as follows:1.Dynamics analysis of seed metering device.The condition of seed metering device adsorbing single seed was clarified,and the critical vacuum degree of seed filling and carrying and the speed parameter equation of seed throwing process were obtained.It was concluded that the locomotive forward speed was one of the factors affecting the seeding performance.On this basis,high-speed camera technology is used to explore the influence of different locomotive forward speed on seeding trajectory.2.Modeling and Simulation of seed metering device.Fluent fluid software was used to simulate the pressure and velocity of suction holes at different vacuum degrees and rotational speeds of seed trays,and the effect of vacuum degrees and rotational speeds on the flow field inside the shell was obtained.Taking the qualified index,missing index and replaying index as performance indicators,the effect of rotational speed of seed disc on performance indicators was obtained by using Edem-Fluent coupling method.The trajectory and velocity of seeds in the process of sowing were analyzed,and the variation of seed velocity in suction hole during the process of carrying seeds was obtained.3.Bench test of seed metering device.Taking locomotive forward speed,planting height and suction chamber vacuum as influencing factors,and taking qualified,replaying and seeding leakage rate as performance indicators,the single factor test of seeding metering device was carried out,and the variation rule of each parameter was obtained.The quadratic orthogonal rotational combination test method was used to carry out multi-factor experiments.The design-Expert optimization software was used to optimize the parameters.The results showed that the qualified rate was more than 90% when the seed throwing height was 147,the operation speed and vacuum were 5-9 and 4.3-5.7,respectively.When the operating speed,height and vacuum are 7.7,147 and 4.6 respectively,the operation effect is the best,and the qualified rate can reach 95.14%.It provides a reference for the technological improvement of manufacturersand the production operation of farmers.
