This paper studied the effects of different levels of phosphorus and phosphorus sources on the growth performance,blood index,tibia index and digestive rate.A source of phosphorus and phosphorus levels in different growth stage of experimental ducks(1 ~ 21d)affect the production performance,blood index,tibia index and digestive rate.In this experiment have used two factors randomized arrangement.The phosphorus sources were dicalcium(DCP)and mono-dicalcium phosphate(MDCP),and the phosphorus levels were 0.075%,0.150%,0.225%,0.300% and 0.375%respectively.Test was selected 960 ducks of age of 1 day,with 10 treatments,6replicates per treatment and 16 ducks per replicate.The basal diet was corn soybean meal diet,and the calcium level was consistent.The aim of test to study the different sources and levels of phosphorus are effect of each index of 1 to 21 day ducks and find suitable addition.The results show that the phosphorus sources and levels on production performance and tibia index showed duck significant interaction effects(P< 0.05).Duck body weight,daily gain,daily feed intake and feed conversion is affected by adding phosphorus sources and levels of phosphorus in different degree ratio.With DCP or MDCP addition level increased from 0.075% to 0.225%,the average daily gain of ducks and average daily feed intake gradually increased(P<0.05);effects of phosphorus level on duck tibial mineralization index significantly(P< 0.05),and duck tibia ash,calcium,phosphorus and phosphorus levels increased.with the increase of tibia strength linearly increased.Effects of phosphorus sources and levels on the ducks tibia strength significantly,MDCP was significantly higher than that of DCP(P<0.05).With the addition of DCP and MDCP,the levels of serum phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase gradually decreased.However,the serum calcium content was not affected by the level of phosphorus and phosphorus in the diet.The effect of different phosphorus sources on the digestibility of age of 21 day ducks feed dry matter,crude ash and calcium,phosphorus is not obvious(P>0.05)level of dry matter,crude ash,Calcium Digestibility had no significant effect on duck diets(P>0.05).Phosphorus sources and levels of meat duck diet dry matter,crude ash,Calcium Digestibility has no significant interaction effects(P>0.05).The effects of phosphorus and phosphorus levels on lipid interaction were significant(P<0.05).With the addition of phosphorus,the rate of crude protein digestion on duck increased significantly(P < 0.05),as the highest dosage group digestibility of drymatter,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus decreased slightly.Therefore,too much phosphorus will also affect the digestibility of phosphorus.The results suggest that MDCP can replace DCP as phosphorus source of meat duck diet;for the 21 day old ducks,adding 0.225% MDCP or 0.355% NPP is the most appropriate.Different levels of phosphorus and phosphorus source in late growth stage for ducks(21 ~ 42d)affect the production performance,blood index,tibia index and digestive rate.In this experiment have used two factor randomized arrangement.The replicates per treatment,each repeated 15 ducks.The basal diet was corn soybean meal diet,and the calcium level was consistent.The aim of test to study the different sources and levels of phosphorus are effect on each index of ducks of 22 to 42 days and find suitable addition.With DCP or MDCP addition level increased from 0.12% to 0.30%,average daily gain and average daily meat intake increased gradually(P<0.05);effect of phosphorus level on duck tibial mineralization index Significant(P<0.05),and duck tibia ash,calcium and phosphorus content and strength increase with increasing phosphorus level and linear increase.Effects of phosphorus sources and levels on the ducks tibia strength significantly,MDCP treatment group was significantly higher than that of DCP group(P<0.05).Effect of different phosphorus sources on the fat of duck of 42 day duck,phosphorus digestibility was not significant(P>0.05).There was no significant on digestibility of fat and phosphorus by phosphorus levels(P > 0.05).There was no significant interaction between phosphorus sources and phosphorus levels(P>0.05).The effects of phosphorus sources and phosphorus levels on dry matter interaction were significant(P<0.05).With the addition of phosphorus,the rate of crude protein digestion on duck increased significantly(P<0.05),but the highest dosage group the protein digestibility is slightly lower.So,too high phosphorus will also affect digestibility.The results suggest that MDCP can replace DCP as phosphorus source of meat duck diet;for the 21 day old ducks,adding 0.225% MDCP or 0.355% NPP is the most suitable;for the 22 to 42 day old ducks,additives of 0.18% MDCP or 0.305%NPP.By duck body weight,weight gain and tibial mineralization index compared to DCP(100%)get the biological utilization rate of MDCP is 109.85% ducks.
