Mycoplasma pneumoniae disease in pigs has brought significant economic losses to the pig business,and can be mixed with other pathogens to cause heavy casualties.The purpose of this study is to improve the production efficiency of pig raising enterprises,reduce the risk of farming disease try new immune methods and the convenience and efficiency brought by combined immunization and achieve the best immune protection.From the available commercially vaccines the most suitable Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae vaccine for protection is selected from the vaccines,and based on this,a combination immunization with a PRV vaccine and a porcine circovirus type 2 vaccine is conducted to find out the best immune procedures and doses,reduce the number of immunizations and the impact of immune stress.Subsequently,the evaluation of the immune effects confirmed the feasibility of co-immunization.The author randomly selected 5 kinds of spare parts from the various pig pneumonia mycoplasma vaccines in the market,which were BQ14 and meria limited.J strain,Spanish highbole production P-5722-3 plant,pegatron production P plant,American putek production RM48 strain,five pig mycoplasma pneumonia produced by ZheJiang EBVAC.Select the test results for anti-pig mycoplasma antibody negative sows,and then from 27 negative sows to choose the more concentrated delivery of 22 sows piglets.The experiment was designed as 7 experimental groups,namely,to select 7 healthy pigs of moderate size and good health from each litter to be divided into each experimental group,with 22 heads in each group.Almost half of each experimental group had a male-female ratio.In the experiment,two groups were negative and the control group was negative,and the six groups were negative in the control group,and the remaining five groups were experimental groups,and the number of the test groups was 1-7.Five experimental groups were inoculated with five different strains of pig mycoplasma pneumoniae live vaccine.The meat ratio of piglets during the experiment was calculated,and the lesions of the piglets were recorded after the column was slaughtered.After the evaluation,select the most suitable pig pneumonia mycoplasma vaccine.Select the most suitable Mycoplasma pneumoniae vaccine as a base and the combination of porcine pseudorabies gene deletion vaccine and porcine circovirus type 2 virus vaccine for joint immune,and explore new immune procedures and doses,to provide a better immune protection and reduce the breeding risk in pig farms.In the experiment,136 healthy piglets of the same age and different columns were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups.The level of immune efficacy was evaluated by comparing the daily gain of piglets at different stages and the post-mortem lung disease.The test results are follows:1.Select the domestic market,a formal approval of 5 kinds of different strains of swine mycoplasma pneumoniae vaccine immune to test pigs,through the feed conversion ratio,proportion of different pathological changes in lung to analyze immune titer,select the most suitable for the pig vaccine.The effect of 5 kinds of mycoplasma pneumoniae vaccine were evaluated by comparing the ratio of feed to raw meat to the serum positive rate and the proportion of lung lesions.It was confirmed that the live pig vaccine of pig mycoplasma pneumonia(RM48 strain)by ZheJiang EBVAC biotechnology co.,LTD was the best2.Based on the joint vaccination of pseudo rabies vaccine and swine mycoplasma pneumonia(RM48)strains in pig farms,circle vaccine with vice pig vaccine immunization and adjust the immune procedure,and compared with routine immunization procedures,weight gain,pseudo rabies antibody in pig,wreath virus vaccine antibody and lung lesions found the best immune effect suitable for the testing pig farms.Both 1-day-old nasal spray 1 ml/head,1 part of 1 head PRV and 1 part of RM48;9-day-old intramuscular immunization of Streptococcus suis seroypte live vaccine 1;14-day intramuscular injection of 1 head pig inactivated vaccine Then the immune procedure can be followed by a standard procedure.
