| Since the outbreak of African swine fever in China in 2018,great harm has been done to the whole breeding industry,resulting in great changes in the workers,Animal Welfare,biosafety and immunization methods.As the scale of pig farm becomes higher and higher,more and more kinds and times of immune vaccine are produced,which increases the labor cost and labor intensity of workers.Many pig farms in order to reduce the risk of African swine fever infection,reduce or no longer immune to basic diseases,prone to re-outbreak of basic diseases.How to do epidemic prevention work well,to avoid the outbreak of classical swine fever,pseudorabies and other basic diseases,has become an urgent problem for pig farms to solve.Classical swine fever(CSFV)and pseudorabies(PRV)are both important infectious diseases of pigs,which seriously endanger the healthy development of pig industry.Separate immunization is widely used in pig farms,which not only increases the labor level of technicians at the grass-roots level,but also causes stress and reduces the feed conversion rate of pigs due to frequent vaccination.Therefore,whether the two vaccines can be mixed immunity,the entire pig industry and many biological products enterprises concerned about the application of the problem.In this paper,according to the design experiment,we analyzed and studied the actual effect of the live vaccine of classical swine fever and the live vaccine of pseudorabies,and compared the immune effect of different immunization methods,to evaluate the feasibility and reliability of combined immunization,and to provide a real and feasible basis for field application of combined immunization or combined vaccine application.According to the test requirements,120 4-5-week-old piglets from the experimental animal farm of Guangdong Yongshun biopharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.were selected.The antigens of CSFV,PRV,PRRSV and PCV-2 were negative,and the antibodies of CSFV,PRV were negative by ELISA and antibody neutralization test.The piglets were divided into four groups(A,B,C,d)with 30 heads in each group.Group A was immunized with live swine fever vaccine alone,group B was immunized with Bartha-K61 live swine pseudorabies vaccine alone,group C was immunized with live swine fever + Pseudorabies Vaccine,and group D was immunized with the same amount of normal saline.The mental,appetite and body temperature of pigs were observed after immunization.On the 0,14,21,28,35,49,63,84,105 and 136 days after immunization,the blood samples were collected from the anterior vena cava of the experimental pigs,and the serum was separated.The corresponding antibodies were detected by CSFV test kit and Pseudorabies test kit respectively.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the CSFV group and the CSFV + PRV group on the 14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d,49 d,63 d,84 d,105 d and 136 d,and there was no significant difference between the CSFV group A and the CSFV group C in the mean value,the positive rate and the dispersion curve at each time.The body temperature,appetite and mental state of the two groups were not significantly different.There was no significant difference in S / N value between the two groups at the time points of 14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d,49 d,63 d,84 d,105 d and 136 d.The antibody level of pseudorabies at each time point showed a steady upward trend.The mean value,positive rate and dispersion curve of the two groups at each time point were not significantly different.The body temperature,appetite and mental state of the two groups were not significantly different.The results showed that the titer of combined immunization was almost the same as that of single immunization,and the change curve of positive rate and dispersion was also almost the same,and the difference was not significant,and the safety evaluation was excellent,indicating that there was no mutual interference between live swine fever vaccine and live Swine Pseudorabies Vaccine.The combined immunization of CSFV and PRV has important practical significance in reducing labor intensity,improving production efficiency,shortening immune cycle,reducing cross infection opportunities,reducing stress and improving immune quality,as well as preventing non anti non anti non aspects. |
