Since the 21st century,China's agricultural irrigation towards the automation,information technology direction,irrigated irrigation water efficiency requirements are further improved.In this guiding ideology,the construction of irrigation gate equipment is also actively carried out in order to manually control the irrigation system to the direction of automatic control development,to achieve timely monitoring of irrigation facilities,regulation,to achieve the purpose of optimal allocation of water resources.The automatic control of irrigation channel is the basis of automation and informationization of the whole irrigation area,and the irrigation channel gate is the most basic unit of channel control.After studying the operation mechanism and control method of intelligent integration gate in foreign countries,this paper puts forward the design idea of the integrated gate according to the current situation of agricultural canal and bucket.In this paper,the main research objectives and content for the integration of gate hardware design and software engineering development,at the same time,the use of fully automated integrated gate to achieve the channel water level and flow control.Hardware circuit is mainly used low power consumption,cost-effective STMicroelectronics designed a 32-bit ARM chip—STM32F103ZET6.Compared with the general single chip,the chip can not only meet the needs of the current development of the system,but also to meet the expansion of the late system functions.The subject also designed and built,including power modules,motor-driven modules,acquisition modules,communications and other functional modules.Software system design makes full use of STM32F103ZET6 internal resources and peripheral circuits to achieve a variety of functions,including the main program,A/D conversion subroutine,motor-driven subroutine,various communication subroutines and human-machine interface interaction and other subroutines.Design and development of integrated gate control is divided into local control and remote control of two modes and any mode to support any level control,gate time control and flow control.The operator can control the box through the man-machine interaction interface for local control,you can also SMS or PC software for remote control,but the control box on the priority set to the highest.At the same time,research and development of integrated gate can also achieve the canal water level and flow PI regulation to control.In the process of water level control,taking the target water level and channel water volume of the back gate as the input,the difference between the target value and the current value is calculated through the water level comparator,and finally the height of the water level at the back end of the gate is adjusted by adjusting the gate opening height Flow,to achieve an integrated gate automatic regulation of water level and flow control purposes.In the case of hardware and software design,hardware and electrical testing,software communication test and water level flow control simulation were carried out respectively.The results show that the communication is safe and reliable,the water level and flow control is stable and meet the design requirements.
