Phyllostachys pubescens is an important component of terrestrial ecosystem. In recent years, with the in-depth study of bamboo forest carbon sink, the silicon carbon sink in bamboo forest has been proved to play an important role in reducing the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In this study,we take Phyllostachys pubescens as the research object, using the method of space for time,in the same basin of bamboo producing areas, selecting the distribution of adjacent forest neatly which is planted 5 years,10 years,20 years,50 years,100 years of bamboo, adjacent to the distribution of the selected forest neat,5 years,10 years,20 years,50years,100 years of bamboo. We studied the evolution characteristics of different forms of silicon, phytolith, phytolith and inert carbon in Phyllostachys pubescens forest under different planting years, and revealed the difference of long-term carbon sequestration potential in long-term planting bamboo soil. And provide a scientific basis for accurately estimating the potential for long-term storage of organic carbon in the soil of China's bamboo forest ecosystem. The results showed that:1 soil water soluble silicon, effective silicon, organic bound silicon, ferromanganese bonded silicon, amorphous silicon, phytolith in the soil surface content with bamboo planting years increased from 5 years(6.61,10.07,41.25,30.36,3.76×103,8.03×103 mg·kg-1)to 100 years(18.85,50.84,109.59,85.89,5.89×103,22.09×103 mg·kg-1),they were increased by 1.85,4.05,1.66,1.83,0.57,1.75 times,respectively.2 The content of soil phytoliths in the soil surface increased from 158.82mg·kg-11 to800.23mg·kg-11 with the increase of bamboo planting years. The accumulation of soil phytoliths in soil increased with the increase of bamboo planting period from 1.42 t·hm-22 Rose to 3.44 t·hm-2.3 The contents of carbonaceous carbon, soil organic carbon and carbon monoxide in the soil surface increased from 2.74,19.26,16.28 g·kg-11 to 3.5 g·kg-11 with the increase of bamboo planting age,22.5,19.00g·kg-1soil carbon monoxide, inert carbon accounted for SOC ratio were 11.27%30.06%,69.94%88.73%.
