| Huangqian reservoir is the main source of drinking water in Tai’an,Accounted for more than 80%of the total water consumption in Tai’an.With little or no chemical pesticides has important significance to protect water resources in Huangqian Reservoir Basin safety.This paper deals with the major pests of wheat,the main grain crop in the watershed of the Huang Qian reservoir,focusing on selecting the wheat insect resistance resources and increase the biological diversity in wheat field,to explore the application of green prevention and control techniques of plant protection in the actual production.In this paper,wheat plot experiment in Huangqian Reservoir Basin from 2013 to 2017,was investigated in different varieties of wheat intercropping and wheat intercropping with different aphid population mode Temporal dynamics,and analyzed the temporal dynamics of main natural enemy.The number of crop to provide guidance for the prevention and control of green crop pests in Huangqian Reservoir Basin,but also for other crop pest control measures to provide reference.The main results are as follows:Statistics the population dynamics of wheat in wheat monoculture wheat aphids and natural enemies,combined with the local meteorological conditions were analyzed,with the change of weather conditions,the number of population of wheat aphids and their natural enemies,some changes will occur,the number of aphids is mainly related to temperature and humidity,With the decrease of temperature and humidity the number of aphids decreased gradually;the occurrence and development of the wheat aphids main natural enemies with temperature,precipitation,sunshine time and the number of aphids about a factor of four.By using the fuzzy evaluation method of 20 kinds of wheat germplasm resources identified the resistance of aphid,the results showed that there were significant differences in resistance of different wheat varieties to aphid,Screened out with moderate aphid resistance varieties.In order to explore the effect of different varieties of wheat intercropping on the ecological control of S.avenae(Fabricius),by increasing the diversity of crop genetic control of wheat aphids,protection of natural enemies,We use different resistance levels of wheat varieties and field cultivars Lumai 21 intercropping,to investigate the temporal variation of population of S.avenae(Fabricius)and its natural enemy.The results showed that:all intercropping treatments in the peak of population density of S.avenae(Fabricius)apterae.was significantly lower than that of monoculture crop,the sequence is:Lumai 21 monoculture>Lumai 21 and Zhengzhou 831 intercropping>Lumai 21 and Xiabaidongmai intercropping intercropping>Lumai 21 and Zhongsiwumang Intercropping,and the wheat aphid tending to be uniformly distributed from aggregate distribution;Aphidiidae occurrence peak,the average number of crop intercropping treatment in Aphidiidae higher than in wheat monoculture field,the difference reached significant level(P<0.01).Experiments with bean and wheat variety Lumai 21 3-4 intercropping(3 rows of broad beans 4 lines of Wheat),periodic investigation the dynamics of population size of S.avenae(Fabricius)and its natural enemies in different areas.The results showed that the population of S.avenae(Fabricius)in Broad bean and wheat intercropping was significantly lower than the monoculture field,and the number of S.avenae(Fabricius)natural enemies of Aphidiidae and ladybug is higher than monoculture of natural enemies.It was showed that increase the biodiversity in wheat fields can suppress the wheat aphid population growth,and reduce the use of chemical pesticides in Huangqian reservoir zone,as a result of reducing the soil and water pollution in Huangqian Reservoir area,to protect and keep the safety of water resources in that place.This green protection program for wheat aphids control could make a tentative pioneer for the pest control of other crops in this specific place. |
