In order to explore the application of bile acid to broiler production performance, fat absorption and feeding corn germ meal diets,We carried out several studies. This study was to investigate the effects of adding bile acids in drinking water and diets on broiler production performance and fat digestion and absorption. The experiment was designed using a single factor test.A total of 80 AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments,4 replicates and 5 chickens each for 14 days.A group of drinking water test group, fed broiler basal diet, and in the drinking water to add 0.3g/L bile acid;B group for the drinking water control group, fed broiler basal diet, normal drinking water;X group for the diet In the experimental group,120g/T test diets were added to the basal diet.Group Y was diet control group, fed broiler basal diet,X group and Y group were normal drinking water. The results showed that the addition of 120 g/T bile acid to the bile acid and the dietary supplementation of 0.3 g/L bile acid had no significant effect on the late production performance and abdominal fat rate. This study was to investigate the effects of bile acids and yeast cell wall oligosaccharides on the performance and blood biochemical indexes of broilers fed with corn germ meal. The experiment uses two-factor design.A total of 264 AA broilers with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 6 treatments. Each treatment was repeated 4 replicates of 11 chickens each. The trial period was 35 days.Wherein the A,B and C groups were fed with broiler basal diet,4%corn germ meal prepared diets and 8%corn germ meal supplemented diets;D,E and F groups in the first three groups of diets Based on the addition of 500 g/T bile acid and 250 g/T yeast cell wall. The results showed that the addition of bile acid and yeast cell wall in diets could significantly increase the content of GLU in broilers(P<0.05),and had no significant effect on the performance of broilers.
