NCFR has become a concerned emphasis spot in industry of feed processing domesticand overseas for last decade. The industry of corn deep-processing was booming with thecircumstance of Chinese economic transition、structural adjustment of agriculture andconstant promotion of additional value of agricultural products. Corn starch and fuel ethanolhave been produced on a large scale. At the same time, a mass of corn by-products has alsobeen produced for NCFR. Corn germ meal which contains abundant nutritional ingredient,it has high feeding value and low cost, it can replace part soybean meal and corn of animaldiet. However crude fibre content in corn germ meal is more than four times as it is in corn, and content of lysine is one third as it is in soybean meal. Corn germ meal is peculiar smellbecause of processing technic. The palatability of corn germ meal is general. When theaddition of corn germ meal is superfluous in animal diet, it influences growth performance, blood biochemical indicator and nutriment apparent digestibility and so on. But on the otherhand, excessive corn germ meal and lysine or multi-enzyme preparations or excessive corngerm meal with lactobacillus fementation are likely to remedy imperfection of corn germmeal. It promotes animal intestinal morphological development. It improves animalmicroflora in intestinal. It enhances nutriment apparent digestibility to animals. It influencesgrowth performance of animals positively and makes for economic benefit. The experimentwas conducted to analyze nutritional deficiency of corn germ meal with actually measuringnutrition of corn germ meal. It tested and verified the nutritional deficiency of corn germmeal influenced growth performance of growing-finishing pigs with animal feeding test.Explore appending proportion of corn germ meal in diet of growing-finishing pigs. Thensupplement of lysine、 addition of complex enzyme preparation and lactobacillusfementation to corn germ meal influenced growth performance、 serum biochemicalindices、 nutrients apparent digestibility、 intestinal morphology and gut microflora, analysised of economic benefit. The whole experiment was divided into three parts:The first part of the test, actually measure conventional nutrients、 amino acidcomposition、 antinutritional factors、 antinutritional factors、 pH、 mycotoxin of corngerm meal. The test was conducted to evaluate nutritive peculiarity of corn germ meal andanalysis of nutritional deficiency. The result of test showed that the nutritive peculiarity of corn germ meal: the content of crude protein was20.14±0.05%、the content of crude fiberwas6.6±0.06%、 the content of lysine was0.74±0.01%、 the pH was5.90±0.01.Antinutritional factors: the content of cellulose was6.3±0.01%, the content of xylan was3.5±0.01%, the content of beta glucan was0.5±0.001%. Six kinds of mycotoxincontamination of corn germ meal was common, but was not overweight. The second part of test, different levels of corn germ meal in daily ration on growthperformance、 serum biochemical indices、 nutrients apparent digestibility ingrowing-finishing pigs. The experiment was conducted to explore appending proportion indiet of growing-finishing pigs and verify the imperfection of corn germ meal on feed effectin growing-finishing pigs.48healthy pigs (PIC) at age of55days, with an average initialbody weight of24±1.1kg, were randomly allotted to four dietary treatments on the basis ofbody weight and gender. Pilot test period was for7d, trying period was for27d. Thecontrol dietary was a basic corn-soybean meal diet. Treatment1,2and3were corn-soybeanmeal-corn germ meal dier, with5%、10%and15%corn germ meal. Protein and energy ofeach diet remained consistent. The freedom to gather the food and drinking water. The testmeasured growth performance、 serum biochemical indices and nutrients apparentdigestibility. The result showed that compared with control group:(1) Added15%corngerm meal to daily ration of growing-finishing pigs, The average daily gain and feed intakeof growing-finishing pigs had dropped, but it had no significant difference.(2) Added5%、10%and15%corn germ meal to daily ration of growing-finishing pigs respectively, Theserum biochemical index had no significant difference. But the content of serum ureanitrogen had a rising trend.(3) Added15%corn germ meal in daily ration ofgrowing-finishing pigs, the apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fibersignificantly reduced. The third part of test, different treatments of corn germ meal in daily ration on growthperformance、 serum biochemical indices、 nutrients apparent digestibility、 intestinalmorphology、 gut microflora and economic benefit in growing-finishing pigs. The test wasconducted to explore different handing methods remedied imperfection of corn germ mealin the same level on feeding effect and value in growing-finishing pigs.60healthy pigs(PIC) at age of55days, with an average initial body weight of24±1.1kg, were randomlyallotted to five dietary treatments on the basis of body weight and gender. Pilot test periodwas for7d, trying period was for27d. The control dierary was a basic corn-soybean mealdiet. Treatment1,2,3and4were corn-soybean meal-corn germ meal with15%corn germmeal.0.1%complex enzyme preparation was added to the diets of treatment2,0.1%lysine was added to the diets of treatment3,15%lactobacillus fementation of corn germ meal wasadded to the diets of treatment4. The freedom to gather the food and drinking water. Thetest measured growth performance、 serum biochemical indices、 nutrients apparentdigestibility、 intestinal morphology、 gut microflora and economic benefit ingrowing-finishing pigs. The result showed that (1)Added15%corn germ meal oflactobacillus fementation in daily ration of growing-finishing pigs, the average daily gainwas significantly higher than untreated group, material weight ratio was significantly lowerthan untreated group, but the difference were not significant compared with control group.(2)Added15%corn germ meal of lactobacillus fementation in daily ration ofgrowing-finishing pigs, The serum urea nitrogen was significantly lower than othergroups.(3)the apparent digestibility of dry matter、crude protein of Added15%corn germmeal of lactobacillus fementation in daily ration of growing-finishing pigs was significantlyhigher than other groups, the apparent digestibility of crude fiber of enzyme preparation andfermentation group had no significant difference compared with control group.(4) Added15%corn germ meal of lactobacillus fementation in daily ration of growing-finishing pigs, the intestinal microflora and intestinal morphology were optimal.(5)Added15%corn germmeal of lactobacillus fementation in daily ration of growing-finishing pigs, economicbenefit was supreme.
