The randomly pile of rural domestic waste(RDW)which leads to the occupation of land resources and do harm to human health,is becoming an important factor restricting the new countryside construction.Composting process has gradually become the main disposal technology of RDW,but the utilization of its products-rural domestic waste composts(RDWC)is still an urgent problem that needed to be solved.RDWC can be applied in landscaping as organic fertilizer, which is an alternative method to avoid the harmful material entering the food chain directly. In this paper, various application ratio(0-20%)of RDWC was applied to entisol. The pot experiment combined with leaching experiment was conducted to study the influence on garden plants(flowers and turfgrass)and soil environment. The effects on plants were comprehensively evaluated based on Fuzzy Mathematics and the soil environment including soil quality and leachate were evaluated according to the relevant standards and previous research. The main results are concluded as follows:1.The effect of RDWC addition on the growth of typical garden plants and the optimal application ratio was studied.? Morphological indicators and element content were used to evaluate the effect of different application ratio(between 5%-20%)in entisol of RDWC on Balsamina.According to the growth indicators and comprehensive evaluation, there existed dose-effect relation between RDWC application ratio and growth status of Balsamina, and Balsamina could be significantly promoted at a certain application ratio.Comprehensive growth status of Balsamina was best at 5%application ratio.Under this condition, the maximum biomass was 3.97 g,far exceeding the control group 239%When the application ratio exceeded 5%,stimulation effect in Balsamina was weaker. While the growth of plants was severely inhibited when the ratio up to 20%.Under this ratio, the plant height of Balsamina was 24.69 cm,leaf area was 17.28 cm and the biomass was 0.76 g,which were significantly weaker than that of the control group.Thus,5%(14 t/hm~2)was recommended as best ratio for cultivating flowers.? Morphological indicators and element content were used to evaluate the effect of different application ratio(between 3%-15%)in entisol of RDWC on turfgrass(Festuca arundinacea,Bermudagrass).According to the growth indicators and comprehensive evaluation, turfgrass could be significantly promoted at a certain application ratio and the optimal application ratio was related to the species of turfgrass. Results showed that the optimal ratio for Festuca arundinacea was 15%.Under this ratio, the stem length was 41.33 cm,2.19 times than that of the control group While the optimal ratio for Bermudagrass was 10%,the stem length reached 37.2 cm,2.06 times than that of the control group. Both turfgrass biomass, stem length, total nitrogen and phosphorus showed the excellent performance in 10%and 15%ratio.Thus,10%-15%(28-42 t/hm~2)was recommended as best ratio for cultivating turfgrass.2.The effect of RDWC addition on soil environment was studied and evident for practical application ratio was provided.? Based on Festuca arundinacea-soil system, soil properties including physical, nutritional and safe indicators were determined when fed with 3%-15%RDWC.The soil properties could be significantly improved with the addition of RDWC.Compared with non-fertilization group,Soil bulk density and total porosity increased while soil pH decreased.Organic matter increased 0.7-3.3 times, total nitrogen increased 4-20 times and total phosphorus increased 0.2-1.2 times.Though the salinity and heavy metals(Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd,Cr)increased, they still under the control standard.According to the comprehensive evaluation of soil quality, soil overall index improved with the increase of application ratio.15%showed the maximum value up to 83.74,38.91%higher than non-fertilization group.? The results of leaching experiment with 10%addition ratio showed that leachate could be affected by the application of RDWC.The concentration of total nitrogen was up to 32.22 mg/L,and the total phosphorus was around 0.85 mg/L.Therefore,the application of RDWC should be avoided when rainfall was abundant.
