Effects Of Fertilization On Malus Hupehensis Rehd.Seedling And Cutting Seedling Biological And Physicochemical Properties

This study is based on two-years rootstock and Rehd.seedling rootstock and grafted on the two rootstocks of apple cultivar ‘Fuji 2001'as the research object,May to October in2016,determinate Malus hupehensis Rehd.seedlings and cutting seedling and grafted seedling's height,ground diameter;leaves the chlorophyll,a large number of elements and trace elements content,enzyme activity in the leaves(SOD,CAT,POD)and the content of endogenous hormones(IAA,ABA,JA-ME,BR,ZR,DHZR and GA4,GA3);stems and leaf fresh weight,dry weight;root fresh weight,dry weight,root vigor,root length root.The main results were as follows:1.The chlorophyll content,seedling rootstock grafted seedlings were 8.7% higher than cutting seeding grafted seedlings,higher than self-rooted grafting seedling height,ground diameter and root shoot ratio than seedling rootstock grafted seedlings,respectively at 16.6%,13.9%.There was no significant difference in seedling rootstock and cutting seeding.seedling rootstock height,ground diameter,chlorophyll,root shoot ratio index higher than self-rooted in the rootstock,foliar spraying carbamide urea processing,Soil-dressing carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate processing,Foliar spraying carbamide urea processing.Soil-dressing carbamide processing respectively from 27% to 22.3%,15.3%,34.6%,rootstock root grafting seedling fresh weight of root,shoot fresh weight,shoot dry weight was14.5%,10.2% 15.8% higher than seedling rootstock grafted seedlings were 9.2% higher than seedling rootstock grafted seedlings root dry weight root from high grafted seedlings with Root seedling rootstock of fresh weight than cutting seeding in Soil-dressing carbamide processing,the highest value is 46.2% higher than,the shoot fresh weight had no significant difference,since the rootstock root dry weight and shoot dry weight of root anvil high in Foliar spraying carbamide urea and Contrast treatment were 45% and 18.4% higher in seedling roots.2.Cutting seeding seedling root length,root surface area,root volume,average diameter and root number is greater than the seedling rootstock grafted seedlings,and increased seedling rootstock grafted seedlings were seedling rootstock root length,root surface area,root volume and root tip the number is 68.8%,72.6%,79.1%,53.9%,1 times higher than own root anvil;in Soil-dressing carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate treatment,Contrast treatment,Contrast treatment and Contrast treatment respectively is 2.8 times therootstock 3.3 times,4 times,2.5 times.The average diameter of seedling roots and cutting seeding had no significant difference.3.Cutting seeding grafted seedlings is 12.1% higher than seedling rootstock grafted seedlings in the activity of root system.In the ungrafted seedlings;seedling rootstock is lower than the cutting seeding in the activity of the root,and in Foliar spraying carbamide urea,cutting seeding grafted seedlings is higher than seedling rootstock grafted seedlings,the highest maximum number is 10.3%.4.The N content of seedling grafting seedlings was higher than self-rooted grafting seedlings,23.1% higher since the rootstock grafted seedlings of P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu were higher than seedling rootstock grafted seedlings,respectively at 41.5%,31.8%,13.7%,7.7%,24.5%,13.1% and 17.1%.seedling anvil N,Zn elements higer than cutting seeding,in Contrast and Contrast treatment is 48% and 43.3% higher than seedling rootstock P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu higher than seedling rootstock,Foliar spraying carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate processing,Contrast processing,Foliar spraying carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate processing,Soil-dressing carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate processing,Contrast treatment and Soil-dressing carbamide treatment were 17.3%,47.9%,33.1%,62.5%,144.4% and 29.0%,respectively.5.Cutting seeding seedlings SOD activity 86.5% higher seedling rootstock grafted seedlings of rootstock in Contrast treatment was 56.5% higher than seedling rootstock;early seedling rootstock grafted seedlings CAT activity up to 1.18 times more than cutting seeding grafted seedlings,there was no significant difference between the mid late cutting seeding grafted high a seedling rootstock grafted seedlings in June 71%;seedling and scion cutting seeding significantly higher seedling rootstock in July,in August two the seedling rootstock is high,the other two treatments from the rootstock and high,there was no significant difference between a seedling rootstock treatment,September,October two a seedling rootstock,two processing rootstock,a processing.The POD activity of the leaves of the grafted seedlings was 30.1% higher than that of the root grafted seedlings,and 52% higher than that in the Soil-dressing carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate.6.IAA,ABA and GA4 of self-rooted grafted rootstock seedlings were higher than that of seedling rootstock grafted seedlings,respectively at 36.9%,3% and 17.1%,JA-ME,BR,ZR,IPA,DHZR,GA3 of seedling rootstock grafted seedlings were higher than self-rooted grafting seedlings,respectively from rootstock grafted seedlings 3.3%,40.2% 16.9%,1.4times,1.1 times,21.6%.seedling rootstocks' IAA,ABA,BR,DHZR higher than self-rooted grafted rootstock,were treated at Foliar spraying carbamide urea Soil-dressing carbamideurea and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate treatment,Foliar spraying carbamide urea treatment and Foliar spraying carbamide urea treatment increased by 1.5 times,1.4 times,0.6times And 1.2 times;rootstock' JA-ME,ZR,IPA,GA4 higher than seedling rootstock,respectively,in Soil-dressing carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate treatment,Soil-dressing carbamide urea and Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate treatment,Foliar spraying carbamide urea and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate treatment,Soil-dressing carbamide treatment increased by 2.5 times,1.3 times,52.5% times,1.4 times.seedling rootstock grafted seedlings and rootstock grafted seedlings in(IAA+ZR+GA)/ABA before the period of seedling grafting seedling from root grafting seedlings of 20.6%,since the mid root grafted seedlings with 11.15% higher seedling rootstock grafted seedlings,there was no significant difference between the late seedling rootstocks in Foliar spraying carbamide urea processing is high from the root stock.The growth potential of the grafted seedlings and the cutting seeding grafted seedlings in the early period of 1.7 times better than that of the grafted seedlings in the early stage,and the grafted seedlings in the middle stage were better than those in the latter.According to the above data: the proportion of the total nutrient and mineral nutrition in the top of the rootstock is greater,and the proportion of the solid stock in the lower part of the ground is bigger.
