This study was based on the effects of Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa,Bacillus Subtilis and their combinations on the average daily gain, apparent digestibility, rumen fermentation, blood indexes and rumen microbes to Duolang sheep, and judged whether it could be used as Micro-ecological feed additives. The content of the experiment is divided into 3 aspects.Experiment 1:Effects of Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa on on Digestion,Metabolism and Rumen Bacterial Diversity of Duolang12 Duolang sheep with condition similar and healthy were applied in the study to judge whether Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa from the A.sparsifolia Shap silage used as micro-ecological feed additives or not.The test was used 4×4 Latin square design, and 3 sheep per group.Group I fed with basal diets.Group?,?and?were fed with basal diets containing 2×105 CFU/g,2×106 CFU/g,2×107 CFU/g R.Mucilaginosa,respectively.Analyze of the average daily gain, apparent digestibility of nutrients, rumen fermentation parameters, routine blood indices, blood biochemical indicators, rumen bacteria DGGE fingerprinting and rumen bacterial diversity of R.Mucilaginosas on Duolang sheep were studied. The results showed that add three doses of R.Mucilaginosas could improve the average daily gain,DM,CP,NDF,ADF apparent digestibility and to reduce the pH with the group I?P?0.05?,and there were no significant difference in NH3-N,propionic acid and valeric acid content among four groups?P?0.05?.Group?and group?could significantly improve total volatile fatty acids?TVFA?,acetic acid, butyric acid compared with the group I?P?0.05?.There are no significant difference in total volatile fatty acids, acetic acid, and butyric acid between, the group?and the group I?P?0.05?.There was no significant difference in blood routine between group III and group??P>0.05?,and increased the content of serum protein and direct bilirubin?still in the normal range??P<0.05?,and decreased the content of glutamyl transaminase and glutamyl transaminase in serum?P<0.05?,and the other indexes were not significantly different from those in the control group?P>0.05?.Therefore,R.Mucilaginosas can be used as micro-ecological feed additives for Duolang sheep.Experiment 2:Effects of Bacillus Subtilis on Digestion,Metabolism and Rumen Bacterial Diversity of DuolangIn order to determine whether Bacillus subtilis could be used as micro-ecological feed additives,12uolang sheep with similar body conditions were selected as experimental animals. The experiment was designed with 4×4 Latin squares design, each treated with 3 sheep.Group I fed with basal diets.Group?,group?and group?were fed with 3.2×109 CFU/g?3.2×10100 CFU/g?3.2×10111 CFU/g B.subtilis on the base of basal diets, respectively.Through the analysis of the average daily gain, apparent digestibility of nutrients, rumen fermentation parameters, routine blood indices, blood biochemical indicators, rumen bacteria DGGE fingerprinting and rumen bacterial diversity of B.subtilis on Duolang sheep were studied. The results showed that three does of B.subtilis additives all could improve the average daily gain of Duolang sheep,DM,CP,NDF,ADF apparent digestibility and diversity index of rumen bacterial compared with the group I?P?0.05?,and there were no significant difference in p H,total volatile fatty acids?TVFA?,propionic acid, butyric acid and valeric acid content among four groups?P?0.05?.Group?and group?could significantly improve NH3-N compared with the group I.Routine blood indices of group??except average blood protein content?and blood biochemical indicators?except white balls?had no significant difference with the group I?P?0.05?.In conclusion,B.subtilis used as micro-ecological feed additives for Duolang sheep.Experiment 3:Effect of the Combination of R.Mucilaginosa and B.Subtilis on Digestion,Metabolism and Rumen Bacterial Diversity of DuolangIn order to determine whether Rhodotorula Mucilaginosa and Bacillus Subtilis could be used as micro-ecological feed additives,12 uolang sheep with similar body conditions were selected as experimental animals. The experiment was designed with 4×4 Latin squares design, each treated with 3sheep.Group I fed with basal diets.Group?,group?and group?were fed with 3.2×10111 CFU/g B.subtilis+2×105 CFU/g R.Mucilaginosas,3.2×10111 CFU/g B.subtilis+2×106 CFU/g R.Mucilaginosas,3.2×10111 CFU/g B.subtilis+2×107 CFU/g R.Mucilaginosas on the base of basal diets, respectively.Through the analysis of the average daily gain, apparent digestibility of nutrients, rumen fermentation parameters, routine blood indices, blood biochemical indicators, rumen bacteria DGGE fingerprinting and rumen bacterial diversity of R.Mucilaginosa and B.subtilis on Duolang sheep were studied. The contents of rumen ammonia nitrogen concentration, total volatile fatty acids, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, pentanoic acid and serum biochemical indexes?excluding total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin?in the group?and group?were not significantly different from those in the group I?P?0.05?.The content of indirect bilirubin was significantly lower than that of group I,the content of NH3-N in the group?was significantly higher than that in the group I?P?0.05?,the total volatile fatty acid?TVFA?was significantly lower than that in the group I?P?0.05?,while acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, pentanoic acid, and serum biochemical indexes were not significantly different from those of the group I?P?0.05?.In conclusion,R.Mucilaginosa and B.Subtilis used as micro-ecological feed additives for sheep.
