This test is intended to explore the different diet protein levels of tarim wapiti antler yield,the effects of blood biochemistry,it is concluded that the wapiti period optimal diet protein levels,chopped raw chopped thought improve breeding wapiti,and provide theoretical basis for establishing wapiti breeding industry standards.Test method: single factor test design was adopted,according to CP: 20%,23%,26%,with three kinds of daily food processing group.In this study,18 males were selected from adult tarim males and 3 groups were randomly assigned to carry out feeding experiments.The results showed that the level of daily grain protein significantly affected the yield of antler,the highest yield of 23% protein group,significantly higher than that of the 20% group(P<0.05),and the difference was not significant than that of the 26% group(P>0.05).Diet protein levels significantly affected blood biochemical index,serum levels of NH3-N,GLB,AIB,vitamin D,serum IGF-1,GH levels rise,according to the diet protein levels in serum of NH3-N content was 26% group > 23% group > 20% group(P<0.01).The content of serum igf-1,GH,GLB and AIB in the 26% group and the 23% group was significantly higher than that the 20% group(P<0.01),and the difference between 26% and 23% was not significant(P>0.05).The content of E2 in23% group was the lowest,which was significantly lower than the 20% group(P<0.01),which was not significantly different from the 26% group(P>0.05).Serum T content is 20% group > 23% group > 26%group,26% T content was significantly lower than 20% group(P<0.05),and the difference was not significant in 23% group(P>0.05),23% T content with 20% group no significant difference(P>0.05).The diet had a great effect on protein content of velvet antler amino acid content,26% group TP,EAA content is significantly higher than 23% group(P<0.05),and significantly higher than that of 20% group(P<0.01),the content of TP and EAA in 23% group and 20% group were not significant(P>0.05).The 23% group E/T,E/N is equal to 26%.23% protein diet group,the tarim wapiti antler yield is high,high content of albumin,globulin,ammonia nitrogen and vitamin D,and GH?IGF-1,amino acids,such as active ingredient content is higher.The sex hormones testosterone and estradiol are lower.23% of the protein level is the appropriate protein content in tarim wapiti.
