Today,fish resources are increasingly depleted,but people's demand for fishery products is increasing.In order to solve this problem,countries around the world have begun artificial breeding and releasing to supplement fish populations.If a small fry is attacked,this will directly result in the damage of the fry,which will reduce the survival rate after the fry release.Therefore,we need to classify the size of the fry.The automatic size sorting device for living fish fry mainly includes the fry length detection module and the separation module.This paper focuses on the design of the fry length detection module.In terms of line length measurement with low accuracy,compared with computer image processing technology,linear array CCD sensing has the advantages of fast detection speed,low cost,and simple follow-up signal processing.The use of linear array CCD sensors and associated auxiliary circuits to process image information greatly reduces technical difficulties and measurement costs,and requires only one-dimensional image data to be processed on the circuit.The measured fry also requires only one-dimensional motion and the speed of fry movement.Can be faster,this can also greatly improve the measurement speed.In view of this technical background,this paper designs a device based on linear array CCD for measuring the length of fry and a device based on the SCM technology.The main content of this paper includes the following four parts;The light source module adopts the photoelectric gate projection method,and arranges 20 to 24 850 nm infrared LED lamp beads on the small circuit board as a linear array structure as the illumination light source;through the image level binarization circuit,synchronization The pulse generation circuit,the image width pulse circuit,the time voltage conversion circuit and the count pulse six parts pure hardware circuit convert the linear CCD mesoscale information into an analog voltage signal and a count pulse signal that are convenient to measure;and the analog to digital conversion function of the single chip microcomputer is adopted.The length information of the fry is displayed on the digital tube;finally the single-chip microcomputer output separation signal is driven to drive the rotation angle of the stepping motor to realize the fry separation scheme.
