With the structural adjustment of crop production and the change of climatic conditions in Xinjiang in recent years,harmful pests in cotton fields have entered a period of frequent occurrence and re-emergence,which has greatly restricted the quality and efficient production of cotton.The application of avionics plant protection technology to cotton fields through drones is a new type of technology that meets the needs of modern agriculture and modern plant protection.It has the features of save labor,high efficiency,and safety.In this paper,the MG-1S plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle independently developed by Dajiang was used as the experimental platform.The indoor research and the outdoor field experiment were used in combination to carry out the plant protection UAV low-altitude and low-volume spray on cotton aphid to control flight control parameters and pharmaceutical aid formula.Screening,control effect,and control of cotton growth and defoliation effects.The main research contents and research results of this paper are as follows:1.Determination of Droplet Deposition Distribution of MG-1S UAV Low-Level SprayA preliminary study was conducted on the low-level and low-volume spray of the MG-1S plant protection drone using the fog test card.By studying the different flight speeds,flight altitudes and other different flight control parameters,the number of droplets deposited on the top,middle,and bottom of cotton plants and the relationship between the width.Initially determined when the flight speed: 3-4 m/s;flight height: 1-2m from the top of the plant;spray volume per acre of 0.8-1L;spray width: an effective spray rate of 4m,wind speed: must be at 5m/ Below s(Level 3)conditions,the number of droplets deposited on the cotton leaves reached the prevention and control standard,which was better than the electric sprayer under the same conditions.From the point of uniformity of droplet distribution,the flying speed is 3m/s,the flying height is 1.5m,and the wind speed is lower than 5m/s,which is the best flight control parameter.2.Study on the effect of spraying insecticides against Aphis gossypii by MG-1S UAVThe results of the field control effect of three insecticides sprayed by drone on cotton aphid showed that 70% imidacloprid water dispersible granules,70% acetamiprid water dispersible granules and 22% triflumfencarboxilone suspension agents Among them,22% of floxamidine nitrile suspensions had the best control effect against cotton aphids,and their fast-acting and sustained effects were superior to imidacloprid and acetamiprid.From the experiment on the control effect of the cotton aphid on the drone spraying agent blending auxiliary agent,it can be seen that the additive can improve the control effect of the insecticide on cotton aphid.In the control of cotton aphids,a 22% floxamidine suspension is preferred as an agent for controlling cotton aphid.In the aspect of compounding with additives,Maifei is recommended to mix with it to achieve ideal control effect.Followed by the combination of acetamiprid plus red swiftlet,imidacloprid and high efficiency universal additives.The results of different pesticide control effects showed that: 1st day after spraying,the control effect of tractor-mounted sprayer was greater than that of unmanned aerial vehicle.There was significant difference between the two(P<0.05),but on the 3d and 5d,and 2nd There was no significant difference between the two groups.The field operation benefit analysis results of the two methods of spraying show that the spraying efficiency of the plant protection drone is 6 times that of the tractor-mounted spraying machine,and the operation efficiency is high.The amount of pesticide used when the plant protection drone is more than the tractor-mounted spraying machine is used.Low,low mechanical spraying costs led to reduced drone control costs and met the need for modern agriculture to be highly efficient,save drugs,and reduce costs.3.The application of regulating cotton growth by MG-1S Unmanned Aerial VehicleThere was a significant time difference between daily growth of cotton plants sprayed with Dianchimine and CK.On the 6th day after the spraying of dilute amines,the daily growth of cotton in each treatment plot showed a downward trend,and CK also showed a decreasing trend.treated cotton plants was still decreasing,indicating that the inhibitory effect of DCs on cotton plants continued.High degree of effect on the drone sprayed with the effect of the dilute amine,1.5m height effect is more,and add additives will also promote the role of dildoamine.Through the comparison of the effect of three kinds of cotton defoliants sprayed by drone on the field,it was found that at the 20 th day after application,the highest defoliation rate and the highest rate of defoliation were 91.5% and 89.4%,respectively.The other two defoliants were significantly different from the fresh water control.In addition,the use of cotton defoliants under suitable climatic conditions can achieve high levels of defoliation and boll opening.
