The influence of special ecological environment on mammalian reproductive system can not be ignored.Tibetan sheep is a kind of special domestic animal living at more than 3000 meters above sea level.It has very strong adaptability to the high cold and low oxygen environment.As a goat variety introduced into the plateau area,its reproductive function adapts to the plateau environment;it has a certain genetic relationship between Small Tail Han sheep and Tibetan sheep,and can growth and reproduction in the alpine regions such as Qinghai and Gansu.No.1,the distribution of immune related regulatory factors(TGF beta-1,TGF beta R-I,VEGF,VEGFR2)and sex hormone receptor(ER)in Tibetan sheep testis at different ages were compared with Western blot(Western blotting),histochemical method and immunohistochemical technique,to analyze the regulation mechanism of testicular local factors in its sexual maturity.No.2,The characteristics of distribution and location of regulatory factor(TGF beta-1,TGF beta R-I,VEGF,VEGFR2,eNOS,INSL-3,CGRP)in normal testicles and cryptorchidism of Plateau goats were preliminarily studied.aiming at providing ideas for the clinical treatment of reproductive system diseases for male infertile animals.No.3,the point is compare with adult small tail sheep and Tibetan sheep testicular tissue eNOS to study of different breeds of sheep testicular eNOS adjustment mechanism to provide the reference for the study the regulation mechanism of eNOS in different kind of sheep testis.the emphasis is placed on the comparison of the distribution characteristics of eNOS in the testis tissue of adult Small Tail Han sheep and Tibetan sheep in plateau area.The aim was to provide reference for regulating the mechanism of eNOS in different kinds of sheep testis.The results show that:1.the expression of TGF?-1?TGF?R-??VEGF?VEGFR2?ER is significantly different in Tibetan sheep testis before sexual maturation and after sexual maturation.And the expression levels increased before sexual maturation and after sexual maturation,and tended to be stable at the later stage of sexual maturation,which was closely related to the regulation of testosterone.And the regulation of hormone secretion before and after testicular maturation is probably related to the development of blood vessels in Tibetan sheep.2.In the plateau hypoxia environment,the development of cryptorchidism vessels in goats is hindered,and the Sertoli cells development abnormalit seriously affects the function of spermatogenesis has been seriously affected.Elevation of A expression in cryptorchidism is related to immunoregulation,and VEGFR increase expression in goat cryptorchidism that it may be related to the anoxic tolerance of the body The strong expression of eNOS in normal testis of goat is closely related to vasomotor regulation and local microcirculation regulation.It may be involved in the immunoregulation of goats spermatozoon maturation process in alpine environment,while the expression of cryptorchidism in goats is not obvious may be closely related to obstruction of vascular development,and the expression of INSL-3 and CGRP in cryptorchidism is significantly lower than normal testicles,shows that the close correlation of the two in the testicular descent process of plateau animals deserves further study.3.plateau environment,eNOS can adjust the local vasomotion of the plateau area sheep testis to adapt to the change of environmental temperature.The strong expression of eNOS in the spermatogenic epithelium of Small Tail Han sheep is one aspect of the hypoxia stress reaction in the process of sperm production in the high cold environment.Therefore,immunologic microenvironment related regulatory factors is mainly related to The development and changes of blood vessels and hormone secretion regulation before and after maturation of the Tibetan sheep,and the changes in the immune microenvironment related factors in the cryptorchidism of goats are mainly related to the hypoxia tolerance and regulation of the body.ENOS expression preliminarily indicated that the hypoxia stress of the Small Tail Han sheep during the spermatogenesis was higher than that of the Tibetan sheep.
