The present study investigated the research methods of cerebral venous system on Tan sheep and Tibetan sheep based on the feature of cerebral venous system, then study the distribution of the cerebral venous system in brain by these methods.1. Research methods of study cerebral venous system on Tan sheep and Tibetan sheepThere are three ways connect intracranial veins and extracranial vascular by the gross anatomy:the first is the intracranial venous blood outflow from the cranial cavity through the hole after the joint, and finally into the maxillary vein; and the second is extracranial veins connected with intracranial cavernous sinuses through the foramen ovale; the third is intraocular venous plexus connected with the cavernous sinus through the orbital hole.Casting method of cerebral venous system was found by the results of the gross anatomy. The result shows that perfuse an appropriate concentration ABS solution through the maxillary vein, and then use the gradient of concentration of hydrochloric acid corrosion in phases can get the sheep and Tibetan sheep brain venous cast. Fixed the brain by formalin initial, perfused ABS solution through maxillary vein after the specimens stored some time, and then use a low concentration of hydrochloric acid corrosion specimens, and interspersed the gross anatomy at the same time can be obtained Tibetan sheep and Tan sheep vascular specimens with brain tissues.2. Study of corrosion cast of Tan sheep and Tibetan sheep cerebral venous system. From the gross anatomy and macro-casting point of view, the main construction of the cerebral vascular between Tan sheep and Tibetan sheep is not very different. The venous system of Tan sheep and Tibetan sheep are constituted by the dural venous sinus and veins. Dural venous sinus including two parts:the dorsal and the ventral, mainly in the dorsal part of the brain. The dorsal part includes the dorsal sagittal sinus, straight sinus, transverse sinuses, the temporal sinuses, traffic sinus, etc. The ventral part includes cavernous sinus, intercavernous sinuses, ventral petrosal sinus, basilar sinus, etc. The cerebral veins including three parts:the dorsal, the ventral and the deep part. The dorsal vein is dorsal vein of the brain, ventral vein including the basal vein, etc. deep cerebral veins, including the vein of the corpus callosum, great cerebral vein, middle cerebral vein and its branches. Mutual relations can be seen from the distribution in the cerebral venous and dural sinus. Dural venous sinus is the skeleton of the cerebral venous system. Under normal circumstances, the venous blood in the cerebral vascular first import into the dural venous sinus, then outflow from the cranial cavity. In addition to the three channels between the intracranial and extracranial veins which were found by gross anatomy, there is another two channels was found by study of Tan sheep and Tibetan sheep cerebral vascular corrosion cast. One is ventral petrosal sinus run out of cranial cavity through foramen lacerum, and then connect with foramen hypoglossi emissary vein which from basal sinus. The other is basal sinus connect with plexus vertebralis internus ventralis. Besides the complex linkages with extracranial veins, the cerebral veins connect with the skull diploic veins through multiple channels.
