| FMD and PPR are the key animal diseases in China.Because of their strong contagiousness,serious harm and certain international impact,they are classified as a kind of animal infectious diseases in China.In our district,comprehensive prevention and control measures based on vaccination are adopted for both FMD and PPR prevention and control.In order to understand the immunization and infection status of FMD and PPR in a farm in Xinjiang,we provided the basis for comprehensive prevention and control of this disease in the region.We conducted this experiment.Methods: The field epidemiological investigation method was used to investigate the suspected clinical symptoms of FMD and PPR for four consecutive years from 2014 to 2017.The suspected cases were detected by fluorescent RT-PCR,and the different farms in 2017 were different by ELISA.Feeding mode,monitoring of immune antibodies of different breeds of sheep,improving the FMD and PPR immunization immunization procedures according to the changes of immune antibodies,provide a basis for prevention and control of this disease in the region.The results showed that the suspected clinical symptoms of sheep FMD and PPR plague in 2014-2017 were 42 and 79 cases respectively.The pathological changes were observed by suspected cases of clinical symptoms.Combined with the veterinary veterinary station test,the results showed that all the samples were tested.Negative,indicating that the farm has no FMD and PPR plague cases for four consecutive years from 2014 to 2017.The immune antibody monitoring was carried out under the premise of no FMD and PPR plague cases.The average pass rate(antibody titer ≥1:128)of the detection of immune antibodies against O-type,Asian I and P.falciparum for 4 consecutive years was 88.3.%,86.17%,89.66%,from time analysis,2014 FMD and PPR immune antibody effect is better than 2017;from the geographical analysis,the higher qualified rate of FMD and PPR immune antibodies are the agricultural seven and the agricultural one,The lower ones are the combination of farming and horticulture.From the analysis of the breeding model,the immune antibody titer of the scale field is higher than that of the free-range households.From the analysis of the varieties,the qualified rate of the imported sheep immune antibody is better than the local original breed sheep.Based on the investigation of suspected clinical symptoms and antibody detection of farm FMD and PPR plague,the results showed that the three vaccination of FMD and PPR plague vaccine had significant immune effects,so it is recommended to use this farm.The study improved the immunization program.The immunization program for sheep FMD was: first day exemption at 55 days,secondary immunization at 80 days old,three immunizations on 115 days,intramuscular injection at the neck,dose 1.5ml;the immunization program for sheep ruminant plague was: 3.5 months The first immunization,the second immunization at 4.5 months,the three immunizations at about 6 months,the subcutaneous injection in the neck,and the dosage of 1.5,the results provided a scientific basis for the effective control of the farm and the elimination of FMD and PPR. |
