An Analysis Of The Current Situation And Problems Of Landscape Of Garden Greening In Lanzhou’s Residence Zones

The green residential area has increased in recent years and in order to improve people’s living environment,more and more real estate developmentcompaniesandthe governmentpolicies’ requires forresidential landscape greening and the area of residential green have increased year by year.Because of this,nowadays the plant landscape designers are constantly seekingdesign inspiration from the nature and build ecological landscape living environmentwhich are livable,pleasant,comfortable,beautiful and close to the nature through scientific planning and reasonable design of landscape greening so as to improve the ecological environment of the residential area.This essay analyses the plant configuration,design method and the layout form of landscape elements of landscape gardening of residential areas of different class in Lanzhou through literature analysis method and field survey method,monitors the air quality of residential areas in lanzhou city,and determines the ecological benefits of landscape green space.Besides,it also analyzes and studies how to construct a high grade and high quality residential community that is close to nature,ecological and livable,so that it can fully reflects the social and economic benefits of landscape greening.There are the existing issues about the residential area landscape landscaping in Lanzhou: firstly,the area for greening is not enough as required,or the land for greening is changed to be parking lot.Secondly,some designs lack the core thought of “people first” in order to pursue the greening effect.Thirdly,most real estate developers introduce foreign and rare tree species to the residential areas blindly to pursue the landscape level,resulting in the inharmony between hard and soft scenery;and they also neglects the importance of maintenance for the scenery after the buildings are sold out.Fourthly,the kind of the plants in some general residential areasis too simple and it doesn’t form the integral pattern of the combination of point,line and plane so that plants configuration lacks variety.Fifthly,there is no landscape in some old residential areas.Finally,manpower used in maintaining greening area and material that should be input are not enough.What’s more,the workers’ technology level is too low.Based on the principle,function,characteristic and design technique of garden landscape greening in residential area,the essay put forward these points.Firstly,the design should plant suitable trees according to local circumstances and manage and control the input and cost of greening.Secondly,insist on the concept of “people first” to fulfill the residents’ practical needs for rest and take exercise.Create a distinctive style and obvious regional characteristic livable and appropriate living placethrough scientific landscape design planning and plant configuration.Besides,promote rooftop greening and vertical greeningvigorously and increase the green areato establish multi-layer landscape layoutso that the landscape’s aesthetic feelingcan be improved,creating the new pattern of the landscape greening in Lanzhou.In the end,increase the investment of maintenance management,establish workers’ training system,improve the workers’ technology level,and consolidate the construction results.
