Design And Development Of Measurement And Control System For Tractor Wet Clutch Test Bench

At present,the tractor clutch mainly includes the dry clutch and the wet clutch to transmit the power generally.Compared with the former,the wet clutch is becoming an important development direction of the clutch for less pollution,smaller volume,more convenient to be used when cooled by the lubricating oil.Generally,the stability and reliability of the tractor's sub-systems are relatively high for its bad working environment.In order to guarantee the quality and performance of the wet clutch,it is necessary to develop a test bench to test the wet clutch.A wet clutch test bench measurement and control system is designed to meet the tractor wet clutch friction torque measurement and assembly wet endurance test.According to the principle and working method of wet clutch,it carried on the test verification and data analysis of various typical conditions,and the test results show that the measurement and control system is effective and reliable.The main work is as follows:Firstly,in this thesis,we introduce the engineering background of the tractor wet clutch test-bed measurement and control system,compare the working principle of the dry clutch and wet clutch and their own advantages and disadvantages,and explain the significance of our research,give the test methods of the clutch on the test bench,introduce the development status and trends of the test bench,analyze various test items of the test bench,and confirmed the main research content and research objectives.Secondly,the whole design of the measurement and control system of the wet clutch test bench is designed.The working principle,test items and test methods of the wet clutch test bench are analyzed.The overall design scheme and working principle of the test bench are studied.The design instructions for the mechanical system,electronic control system and hydraulic system of the test bench are mainly carried out.The test fault diagnosis,monitoring and three-level safety protection systems are designed after studying the fault type and diagnostic method of the measurement and control system.Thirdly,the tractor wet clutch test-bed measurement and control system software is designed.The overall architecture of the software is given,the operation flow of the upper computer is introduced,the software interface and the program block diagram are analyzed,what can be used for data collection,processing,storage,display,and call.Finally,a wet clutch is tested under different working conditions,and the measured and theoretical curves of the test are compared and analyzed.The test results will show that the designed measurement and control system works well,and the test statistics and the starting performance curves of the clutch both meet the parameters requirements of the clutch and meet the test requirements.
