| The vulnerability assessment of agricultural flood disaster is an important link of agricultural flood disaster and risk assessment.As the key to the risk assessment of agricultural flood disaster,the vulnerability evaluation is relatively weak,the theory Foundation and the evaluation method are not enough to meet the requirement of scientific decision-making of disaster prevention and mitigation,only to perfect the vulnerability evaluation of flood disaster,can we lay a solid scientific foundation for risk assessment.There are many researches on the risk assessment of flood disaster in karst area,but the risk of agricultural flood disaster in karst area is less,and the vulnerability of agricultural flood disaster in karst area is rarely reported.In this paper,as the object of study in karst area in Southwest China,first introduced the 2006-2014 flood disasters in karst area in Southwest China,and then selecting impact indicators of agricultural flood vulnerability assessment,Secondly spass19.0 software vulnerability to flood disasters in different districts each year impact indicators,principal components analysis,again based on this model the vulnerability of flood disasters in karst area in Southwest China and calculation,analysis and evaluation,Using cluster analysis in Southwest China Karst area of vulnerability the vulnerability score system cluster.Aims at karst area of South-West China flood disaster risk assessment,prevention and flood disaster management policies and provides the scientific basis for the sustainable development of agriculture.Studies have shown that flood disaster vulnerability in karst area of Southwest China larger provinces are Sichuan and Hunan provinces,vulnerability of smaller provinces,Chongqing and Guizhou provinces provinces in Southwest China Karst area in between 2006-2014 and the vulnerability of agricultural flood wave changing growth trend.With the improvement of technology and socio-economic development,and agriculture distribution and industrial structure adjustment and hydraulic engineering construction investment continues to increase,making flood disaster vulnerability in karst area of Southwest China is greatly improved,basically in good condition.By cluster analysis showed that vulnerability has significant gradient difference: Chongqing and Guizhou,and belongs to a class of Guangdong,Guangxi,and Yunnan,Hunan,Hubei and Sichuan to one;flood disaster vulnerability has the law of geographical differences from coastal to inland,but also has a certain latitude zone. |
