【Object and Method】In the world cereal crops,maize has become one of the three largest crops in the world with the advantages of high yield,large planting area and high yield per unit area of maize.At present,China’s corn planting area is stable at more than 24 million Hm~2,and the cultivation area and total output are ranked second in the world.The popularization of Hybrid Maize makes the yield increase remarkable.Therefore,hybrid maize seed production technology is of great significance for maize production and corn seed industry development.In this study,the Xinjiang Construction Corps Agricultural Division eighty-four regiment as a base to Xianyu 335 seed production technology as the object,to carry out maternal sowing density,parental row ratio,mechanical and artificial emasculation,male cut off chemical control technique of hybrid seed production and of the costs and benefits of the impact,the main results are as follows:【Results】1.With the increase of planting density of female parent in what range,the corn ear ear length and ear diameter showed a significant decreasing trend,while the bare tip length was obviously increased,grain number and 100 grain weight decreased.The female parent density between82500 strains/hm~2 to 112500 strains/hm~2,the mother of the seed yield of the increase of the density of parabolas show five groups of contrast test,90000 strains/hm~2 in seeding density,seed yield was the highest,7866.279kg/hm~2.By curve fitting,it was found that the relative density of population and individual characters was 94536/hm~22.By comparing the yield of seed production between the parent line ratio(1:6,1:7 and 1:8),the influence of different parents on the yield is very great.Xianyu 335 farming population and individual yield relatively coordinated ratio is 1:7,which is slightly higher than the 1:6 ratio,but was significantly higher than the 1:8 ratio,seed yield for 1:7 the highest,7586.353kg/hm~2,1:6 and1:8 respectively increased by 8.1%and 14.2%.3.In the present case,artificial emasculation cost is 1606.5 yuan/hm~2,mechanical castration the average cost of 1230 yuan/hm~2,emasculation cost difference of about 376.5 yuan/hm~2.In the seed purchase price is higher than 1.75 yuan/kg,mechanical castration is in favor of reducing the cost.4.With 375g/hm~2 chemical control,Xianyu 335 farming,can effectively increase production,the seed price is greater than 2.4 yuan/kg,chemical regulation technology is more beneficial to maximize the benefits.5.After pollination,cuttingoff the male parent could increaseabout 535kg/hm~2seed production,and the seed production yield will be about 7500kg/hm~2,that means if the seed price is more than0.6 yuan/kg,and the technique of cutting off male parent is more beneficial to maximize the benefit.【Conclusion】The high yield cultivation technology for maize hybrid seed production with plant density of 90000plant/hm~2,ratios between parental of 1:7 and chemical regulation of 375g/hm~2,as well as male cut off chemical control technique can made important practical significance for high-yield cultivation technology and mechanization promotion of eighty-four seed production maize,promoting the healthy development of corn seed industry and ensuring food safety in our country.
