Indica and japonica hybrid has always been an important subject to rice breeder research.In order to effectively reduce the indica Japonica hybrid rice combination breeding process,this study explored the relationship between Indica and japonica and Heterosis between Cheng's index difference between parents and In Del markers and Heterosis in distance?In order to analysis the best InDel distance and Cheng's index difference between parents with strong heterosis,studied and the results show that:1?In this study,6 wide compatibility male sterile line and 11 indica type or indica restorer line were used to combine,the hybrid combination with obvious super superiority was obtained,Moreover,it can be used to screen out the combination of good comprehensive traits,which shows that it is possible to use these sterile lines and restorer lines to produce strong combination.2?Through the analysis of relationship between indica japonica differentiation between parents and heterosis,found the yield traits of parents in the 0~11 in the gradient difference of the Cheng's index difference to the hybrids has no significant effect.But in the range of 3~4,the difference between the parents of indica japonica more hybrid offspring per panicle the number will increase,weight will increase,the yield will increase.In the 5~7 region in the parents of the Cheng's index difference is bigger,the number of total grains per panicle times will increase,the effective panicle per unit area will increase,while reducing the plant height.3?Parental genetic distance by Indel molecular marker method,in the 0.171~0.182 interval,and ear length per unit area,effective panicle,grain number per panicle,grains per panicle,seed setting rate,the actual yield per plant were positively related to the parents of the 0.182 is the most ideal genetic distance in 0.12~0.154.In the interval,reduce the genetic distance of parents can effectively reduce offspring plant height,can conducive to the breeding of ideal plant type.
