Research Of Citrus Cryogenic Freezing Disaster Weather Index Insurance

As one of the important citrus production bases in China,citrus annual planting area and output rank in the forefront of the country.At the same time,due to the difference between the north and south latitudes of Hunan Province and the complexity of the ground structure in the province,the terrain and geomorphic contours are horseshoe-shaped to the north,and this geographical environment has a great influence on the hydrothermal conditions in the north of Hunan,Big.As the normal growth of citrus should not encounter the continuous low temperature meteorological environment,taking the northern Hunan region as an example,the meteorological factors of low temperature frost damage in northern Hunan are analyzed,and the meteorological index insurance of citrus low temperature freezing is designed,which is especially for the northern Hunan area where such products have not yet appeared necessary.First of all,from the theoretical point of view,on the one hand,the theoretical basis of this article is introduced,on the other hand,the risk of citrus low temperature frost injury is expounded and the meteorological index insurance and its characteristics are analyzed,although the low temperature frost index insurance has the risk of base difference Disadvantage,but compared to traditional agricultural insurance,its advantage is self-evident.Secondly,from the point of view of practice,this paper investigates the purchase intention of citrus low temperature frost damage index in Shimen County,northern Hunan Province,and summarizes the factors that affect farmers' purchase of citrus low temperature freezing injury meteorological index insurance.Meteorological index insurance has important reference significance.At the same time,according to the theoretical steps of the design of citrus low temperature frost damage index in the northern part of China,the citrus yield in Shimen County and the lowest temperature in 1,2 and 12 months were studied.Thirdly,according tothe experience of domestic and international meteorologicalindex insurance development,the author gives some inspiration to design the meteorological index insurance of citrus low temperature freezing injury in northern Hunan.The final conclusion of the citrus low temperature freeze injury meteorological index insurance conclusions and policy recommendations.
