This experiment is about the cultivation of White Peony ‘BINGZHAOLANYU'?Pink Peony‘CHAOYANGHONG' ? Red Peony‘Luoyang Red' ? Yellow Peony‘HUANGGUAN' in Beijing,Petals and leaves of these four cultivars were used as test materials. This study is about these four varieties of peony's soluble sugar?Starch?Soluble protein and fatty acids and Flavonoid differences in nutrient content, comparison of different varieties(white, pink, red, yellow)?Different temperature(CK,60 ?,90 ?)?At different times(Squaring stage,Campanula period, blooming period,Flower Withering Period),there are comprehensive nutritional quality variances of Paeonia suffruticosa's petals and leaves under different conditions. The results provide a basis for the future analysis and selections of the excellent nutritional quality in peony varieties. The main contents and results are as follows:1.The soluble sugar content analysis. The soluble sugar content of different varieties of peony in the design and color is significantly different between the petals and leaves. For example, under different temperature conditions,‘Luoyang Red' leaf soluble sugar content was not significantly different,Different development periods of ‘Luoyang Red'Soluble sugar content in leaf with peony growing tend to rise sharply, and blooming period had the highest content of soluble sugar and a downward trend after flowering.Overall, the soluble sugar cotent has significant difference.2.Soluble starch content analysis. The soluble starch content of different varieties of tree peony petals and leaves of difference is not significant,But pink, red content has relatively high starch, and the leaf starch content is higher than petals; And second, white, yellow soluble starch content the blade content higher than petals.Under different temperature conditions of soluble starch content in the leaves ‘Luoyang Red'effect is not significant,In different development periods of ‘Luoyang Red' leaf soluble starch made no difference between the stage and the mobile phase,Large nutrient blooming stage blades for flowering so starch content decreased obviously,Flowering starch content increased gradually, the overall content have been significantly different.3.Soluble protein content analysis. In a variety of soluble protein content determination,Petals with a significant difference between blade, blade content are higher than petals.Petals white content in the lowest,Red content in the leaf blade is low, other varieties do not have significantly color differences.Compared with the control group, there are significant differences under different temperature conditions, but the protein content does not have obvious changes between different temperature treatment.4.Analysis of fatty acid content.Peony petals contains a variety of higher fatty acid,Determination of fatty acid content is significantly different between varieties, the main fatty acids are shown in the followings:Myristic acid(C14:0),Palmitic acid(C16:0),Oleic acid(C18:1),Octadecanoic acid(C18:0),linoleic acid(C18:2),?-Linolenic acid(C18:3).Pink petals' fatty acid content are higher than leaf, white, red, yellow leaf content is higher than petals.5.Flavonoids substances content analysis. This analysis indicates that the peony petals and leaves also contains green, flavonols, luteolin,Apigenin,Chrysoeriol and Glycoside derivatives, etc, green contains the flavonoid structure,in 500 ~ 540 nm has obvious characteristic absorption peak, judging by uv-visible absorption spectrum cyanine nucleoside substance,Flavonoid substances contents are different between different color varieties and groups, for example, white and yellow petals contain low cyanine glycosides content, and the deep red and pink petals contain higher cyanine ingredients.
