The direct seeding cultivation method of rice can greatly reduce the labor intensity,save the labor cost,but also facilitate the intensive production of rice,in line with the development trend of modern agriculture.Therefore,rice direct seed cultivation in China has a broad application prospects.In this study,we compared the yield traits,lodging resistance traits and rice quality of different cultivars under direct seeding and transplanting,and provided the reference for breeding rice varieties suitable for direct seeding.In this study,a total of 13 hybrid rice combinations,the production of live on the application of more conventional varieties of Huanghuazhan,the production of large-scale application of late hybrid rice combination Wuyou 308 and Tianyouhua as the experimental reference varieties(combination).(1)The yield of rice in the direct method was significantly higher than that in the transplanting mode.The average yield of all the tested varieties(combination)was 10708.2kg/hm~2 in the live mode,and the average yield in the transplanting mode was 9776.85 kg/hm~2,An increase of 9.53%.The main reason for the increase in yield is the number of effective panicles per unit area is greater than the transplanting mode.(2)In the direct mode,the rice lodging resistance coefficient is lower than the transplanting mode.There were no significant differences in the dry matter,the dry matter>the transplanting mode and the stem diameter at the booting stage.There was a significant positive correlation between dry matter and lodging resistance at maturity,and rice varieties with such stalk morphology were of great significance to improve the lodging resistance of direct seeding rice.(3)The chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree of the live mode were lower than that of the transplanting mode,and the appearance quality of the rice was improved,but the whole milled rice rate was lower than that of the transplanting method.The gel consistency and protein content of the live way were higher than that of the transplanting mode,The improvement of the former means that the rice is more soft and delicious,the latter is beneficial to the improvement of the nutritional quality of rice,but it is unfavorable to the taste quality;the amylose content is the direct seeding mode<transplanting mode,the rice way is good.In summary,rice in the direct conditions of rice appearance quality improvement,taste quality and nutritional quality better.
