With the increasing scale of breeding for pig,The pollution,caused by pig farms,is increasing day by day and the pollution to the environment is becoming more and more serious.Based on consulting a large number of literature and more field trips,and combined with the existing technology which was improved in the piggery,the fattening house for pigs,environment friendly,was designed,in which the system was: from the source to reduce emissions-fecaluria real-time separation-Novel vertical leaf aeration fermentation sewage treatment.The system was to reduce emissions of sewage from the source,and finally realize zero emissions of sewage.In order to analyze the effect of emission,a production experiment was carried out on the fattening house for pigs,environment friendly and healthy.Experimental results showed that:In the fattening house for pigs,during the whole production test,no pig appeared stress,diarrhea,indigestion and so on.Compared with the traditional house for pigs,the rate of daily intake of pigs in the environmental friendly house increased by 2.4%-3.9%;the ratio of feed to meat was reduced by 3.2%-6.7%.In the environmental friendly house for pigs,the optimization of its roof,walls and doors and windows was designed.In the summer,through the cooling wet curtain and vacuum blower,the temperature of the room was maintained below 30 ?and the ground temperature was maintained at about 21?.In the winter,by the Floor heating in solid floor areas,the indoor temperature was maintained at about 17?,and the ground temperature was maintained at about 22?.In the environmental friendly house for pigs,fans with negative pressure and trench fans were adopted.The ammonia was discharged from the house by the negative pressure fan in summer,and the ammonia was discharged from the house by the trench fan in winter.Through this design,the concentration of ammonia in the piggery was much lower than that in the traditional house for pigs,so that the concentration of ammonia was always in a safe range.In the environmental friendly house for pigs,through optimizing the water fountain,the traditional duck's mouth type water fountain was replaced by the drinking bowl with water level valve.On average,for small pigs,the water consumption was 3.9L/(h·d);for Middle pigs,the water consumption was 4.1L/(h·d)and for big pigs,the water consumption was 4.4L/(h·d).The total amount of water used in the entire production phase was 366.7m3,which was better than the traditional pig-houses in water saving.The purpose of reducing the sewage from the beginning was realized,which was beneficial to the treatment of the sewage.Through the optimization of leakage dung floor and the use of automatic manure scraper,throughout the breeding process,the discharge of waste was only 307.2 t in the environmental friendly house for pigs,which was only about 20%of that of the traditional piggery.
