The production performance and health of chickens have a lot to do with the environment in the chicken house.Factors that affect the environment of the chicken house are temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,ammonia concentration,and dust particle content.The environmental evaluation and warning of the sheds play an important role in the production and management of livestock and poultry houses.Through environmental assessment and warning,the level of broiler house rearing and management can be improved and the pressure on breeders can be reduced.Therefore,research on a poultry house environmental alarm system with intelligent detection function has important theoretical significance and application value for the poultry house environmental assessment.This paper synthetically uses modern sensors and wireless transmission technologies to design a geranor-based environmental intelligent alarm system based on GPRS,establishes an environmental quality assessment model based on BP neural network and principal component analysis,and realizes the temperature,humidity,and carbon dioxide concentration in the house.Ammonia concentration,PM2.5 and PM10 monitoring and alarm,and through the establishment of the chicken shed environmental quality evaluation system for the henhouse environmental assessment.The main research results and contents are as follows:(1)Designed an environmental warning system for chicken houses,took the STM32 microcontroller as the core,collected the temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,ammonia concentration and dust particle concentration in the chicken house,and adopted the radio frequency module nRF24L01 to perform wireless transmission from the module and the main module.The module uses GPRS technology to send environmental parameter data to the central server.The temperature and humidity exceeds the threshold to realize the telephone short message alarm.(2)Developed a chicken house environment monitoring system software.The system adopts MVC framework mode and Modbus-based wireless transmission protocol,adopts a unified transmission format,reduces the packet loss rate of transmission,and improves thereliability of parameter collection.(3)The evaluation model selected six environmental factors as evaluation indicators,and established an environmental quality assessment model of the chicken house based on BP neural network and principal component analysis method.The model was tested empirically.System performance test results show that the chicken house transmission distance is about 11 m,the packet loss rate is 0.2%,the temperature and humidity exceeds the threshold,the power outage of the chicken house and the fault system of the fan can timely SMS alarm,the user can real-time monitoring and historical query 6 items Environmental indicators.The evaluation of the 0-21 day old environment in semi-enclosed brooding houses shows that the results obtained by the neural network evaluation method and the principal component analysis method are basically the same.The results of the environmental assessment in the first three weeks are the 9th day.The 19-day and 20-day environmental assessments were excellent.The first week's environmental quality was relatively good,basically between good and fair.
