To solve the problem that some threshing or defibering extrusion kneading device in agricultural machinery and agricultural products processing machinery work,the working roll rotate and at the same time the axial rubbing and reciprocating swing are needed.our group has developed a novel structure of curved-groove ball bearings,which can achieve the circumferential rotation and axial reciprocation simultaneously.The composite movement of squeezing and rubbing the crops not only simplifies the structure of such agricultural machinery but also improves the working efficiency of the machine.This paper has developed a special processing device for the inner ring ball socket of the curved groove ball bearing,which has a novel structure and a very specific working condition.The main research contents are:1.According to the special structural features of the curved-groove ball bearing with sockets developed by our group,based on the summarization of the existing bearing inner ring processing methods,the function of designing the inner ring ball socket processing device of the curved-groove ball bearing with sockets is analyzed and summarized.Based on the requirements and technical requirements,three kinds of design schemes are proposed.Furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of these three types of programs are analyzed and compared with each other.Finally,the optimal overall design scheme is determined.According to the design scheme and technical requirements,the main transmission components parameters of the inner ring ball socket processing device for the curved-groove ball bearing with sockets are calculated,and the selection of the main transmission components is completed.2.Litters control and clamping efficiency of the curved-groove ball bearing inner ring with sockets processing device precision were analyzed.Indexing precision control and feed precision control mechanism and quick clamping mechanism were designed.3.Using Solid works software to structure the curved-groove ball bearing inner ring with sockets processing device for three-dimensional modeling.Completed the assembly of the whole virtual prototype.ANSYS static analysed of the frame and Milling cutter.On the basis of this,according to the prototype machining parts list to buy the materials needed for processing,the curved-groove ball bearing inner ring with sockets processing device of the completed prototype was Manufactured.4.the curved-groove ball bearing inner ring sockets depth was measured.The depth of inner ball machining apparatus produced by the ball bearing inner ring was measured and compared with the traditional vertical milling machine processing samples.The results show that the curved-groove ball bearing inner ring machining apparatus proposed by this paper process the ball bearing inner ring depth has more precise size.5.The installing,processing,and dismantling efficiency of the prototype were studied,based on the time taken for the prototype from clamping to machining and then to dismantling,and compared with the use time of the conventional vertical milling machine from clamping to machining to dismantling.Through the quantitative data values and data plots,we can tell the prototype perform the higher efficiency.
