With the continuous advancement of Industry 4.0,scientific visualization and artificial intelligence have gradually entered the lives of the people.The theoretical concept technology has been mass-produced in industrial production.As the largest plateau pasture in China,Sanjiangyuan region has a unique natural geographical advantage and abundant species,but there is still a big gap between the field of computer science and technology used in animal husbandry and coastal areas.How to realize the wisdom of animal husbandry is a problem urgently to be solved by researchers and technicians in the Sanjiangyuan region.Most of the herdsmen in the Sanjiangyuan region are mainly Tibetan residents.They have relatively limited mastery of English and computer data processing languages.There is also a lack of computer science research in the Sanjiangyuan region,such as the use of machine learning and visualization.In order to solve the above problems,this study will construct a data model of yak weight and yak production profit in Sanjiangyuan area to predict and evaluate the data model,find the optimal solution,and standardize the common data of the optimal solution to reduce the data between Coupling degree,and finally build a complete visualization system.The construction of the data model is based on the unique yak gains in the Sanjiangyuan area,which are generated by grass production,feed supply,calves' production,litter size,calving volume,and wool production.The profit and cost of consumption are auxiliary elements.The genetic algorithm and decision tree algorithm in machine learning will be used in data prediction assessment.The 0-1 knapsack problem and linear programming will be used in the classification of common data.The construction of common data will use KMP algorithm and convex hull problem solving.Visualization system construction will use visualization methods such as D3 and JGraphis.Through the construction of the above data model,optimization of algorithms,and generation of data graphics,the Scientific Computing Visible Wisdom Ecological Livestock Husbandry that can be used by the herdsmen and workstation technicians in the Sanjiangyuan area and the animal husbandry of the Sanjiangyuan area for convenient use and technical support is finally constructed.system.The research results of this project can provide theoretical and technical guidance for the formulation and scientific research of the Sanjiangyuan Pastoral Area production and ecological protection plan.
