This thesis aimed to study the effects of dietary Calcium and Phosphorus levels of Oula Reserve Ewes in different growing stages, which was divided into three experiments adopted one-factor completely random design. They were as follows:Experiment one: Explore the effects of dietary Calcium and Phosphorus levels on growth performance of Oula Reserve Ewes in Qinghai plateau pastoral areas.Sixty Oula reserve ewes of eight to ten months’ old with were randomly divided into 12 groups. The experiment designed four kinds of supplementary concentrate with different levels of calcium and phosphorus,A,B,C,D respectively, and each 3 groups was offered the same kind of supplementary concentrate. The experiment lasted for 70 d including 10 d of pre-experiment and 60 d of experiment. The results showed that with the increase levels of calcium and phosphorus, the growth performance and the level of serum calcium of Oula Reserve Ewes could not be significantly affected. The levels of serum phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus metabolism were significantly affected, and the same with serum levels of lipid metabolism. The apparent efficiency of calcium was decreased significantly, while apparent digestibility of phosphorus had no significant difference.Experiment two: Explore the effects of dietary Calcium and Phosphorus levels of Oula Reserve Ewes in late pregnancy in Qinghai plateau pastoral areas.Sixty Oula reserve ewes of two to three years’ old were randomly divided into 12 groups. The experiment designed four kinds of supplementary concentrate with different levels of calcium and phosphorus,E,F,G,H respectively, and each 3 groups was offered the same kind of supplementary concentrate. The experiment lasted for 70 d including 10 d of pre-experiment and 60 d of experiment. The results showed that with the increase levels of calcium and phosphorus, the growth performance and the level of serum calcium of Oula Reserve Ewes in late pregnancy could not be significantly affected. The levels of serum phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus metabolism were significantly influenced, and the same with serum levels of lipid metabolism. The apparent efficiency of calcium was decreased significantly, while apparent digestibility of phosphorus had no distinct changes.Experiment three: Explore the effects of dietary Calcium and Phosphorus levels of lactational Oula Reserve Ewes in Qinghai plateau pastoral areas.Sixty lactational Oula reserve ewes of two to three years’ old were randomly divided into 12 groups. The lambing time of selected samples was one month, and the maximum difference of it was less than 5 days. The experiment designed four kinds of supplementary concentrate with different levels of calcium and phosphorus,I,J,K,L respectively, and each 3 groups was offered the same kind of supplementary concentrate. The experiment lasted for 70 d including 10 d of pre-experiment and 60 d of experiment. The results showed that with the increase levels of calcium and phosphorus, the growth performance and the level of serum calcium of lactational Oula Reserve Ewes could not be significantly affected. The levels of serum phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus metabolism were significantly influenced, and the same with serum levels of lipid metabolism. The apparent efficiency of calcium was decreased significantly, while apparent digestibility of phosphorus had no marked difference.
