Performance Measurement And Hybrid Breeding Screening Of High Quality Strains Of Lentinus Edodes

There was systematically cultivated research on 27 strains of Lentinula edodes.Conventional methods were adopted and 27 strains of L.edodes were taken as the experimental materials.The Comprehensive selection was based on the factors of germination time,mycelial growth rate,color-turning period,fresh mushroom yield,moisture content and fruit body morphology.The production performance of each strain was clarified,and the high quality strains suitable for local spring cultivation were screened out.On the basis of these,hybrid breeding screening was carried out.The conclusions are as follows:1.The production performance of 27 strains of L.edodes were studied systematically and the agronomic characters of 27 strains of L.edodes were clarified.The results showed that Qingke 212,9608-2,258,9608-1,L-01,L-02,09-1 were excellent strains with high yield and good quality.These strains were suitable for local spring cultivation.2.A total of 776 mononuclear strains were isolated from 11 strains of L.edodes.After repeated screening,81 excellent mononuclear strains of different types were selected as hybrid materials.3.A total of 1328 hybrid di-nucleus strains were obtained from 1532 hybrid combinations of 9 hybrid schemes.More than 100 precocious strains were preliminarily selected by PDA plate,slanting medium,sawdust culture medium and bag material cultivation.Among them,10 strains with excellent performance were screened out.4 excellent strains were selected as L14○~S B162,Q117○~S B62,B79S109,B79S41.The antagonistic test and esterase isozyme spectrum analysis showed significant difference from their parents.4.The four strains,L14○~S B162,had a fast germination rate,a shorter growth period,a fastest mycelium growth rate,a large fruit body,a thick pileus and a short color-turning period,ranking first in the yield of the hybrid strains.And the strain Q117○~S B62,also had a shorter growth period,it’s hyphae period was shorter than it’s parents,and the color-turning period,the time of blastema and yield were significantly better than that of it’s parents,but it’s growth rate was slower than that of it’s parents.The mycelium growth rate of B79S109 and B79S41 were faster than their parents,and the other characteristics were better than their parents’.5.A set of technical system for screening hybrid strains of L.edodes was established,which can be used for reference in hybrid breeding screening of L.edodes in the future.
