Studies On Breeding Of The Ideal Hybrid Lentinula Edodes Strains

At first, the inheritable characters of sixteen collected Lentinula edodes were studied on in this paper. By heat resistance, anti-trichoderma and agronomic characters compare test, Selected high resistance heat and anti-trichoderma wild Changbai mount strain -Changye719 and the best quality, high product and premature cultivated varieties-Cr04 and L867 as parents.Used this hybridized combination way: Changye719 * L867 and Changye719 * Cr04, by single * single crossing way, Got two new hybrid strains: J911 and J912 respectively. Results from antagonism and esterase isoenzyme tests fully verified the differences between them and their corresponding parents, and thus confirmed that J911 and J912 were two new and independent Lentinula edodes Varieties.
