Research On Water Distribution Quota Device For Low-Pressure Pipe Irrigation System In Farmland

Water distribution device of low-pressure pipeline irrigation system is essential in distributing the water from pipeline to the farmland, the accuracy of water distribution device directly affects the scientific management of irrigation water, water recycling, and even the promotion and applications of advanced irrigation technology. With the conditions of irrigation water management increaseingly begin to solidify, the fixed water distribution device of distributing pipe line will become more and more valuable in research, promotion and application .In this paper, with combining hydraulic theory, useing FLUENT procedure and Visual Basic, we have developed the fixed water distribution device of low-pressure pipe distribution system and achieved concrete results that were as follows :(1) Have an analysis of the hydraulic characteristics of low-pressure pipe irrigation systems with the Knowledge of hydraulics. In south river area, rice is the main crop, take it for example then build Mathematical model, according to calculation results, designing two products, non-adjustable fixed water intake and Adjustable fixed water intake. And improve its structure and technology.(2) On the development of fixed water intake and other various forms of water intakes, analyse its flow field with FLUENT programs. Compare of the flow field and velocity distribution of different forms of water intakes, have an analysis of their advantages and disadvantages and improve the structure fixed form of the designed water intakes.(3) Developed a computer-aided design system of fixed water-distribution devices with Visual Basic. Designed fixed water intake that can meet different conditions of irrigation to meet the needs of different users.To promote low-pressure pipe for irrigation systems in our country and improve the utilization of irrigation water and the irrigation water management, this article has a major research topic of practical significance, it also will play a positive role in promoting the application of advanced irrigation pipe technology of low pressure for a large area.
